No, but it can be a real killer if you bring out something big with it. Best use, imo, is tech'd into Constellars.

This card is hilarious with Ophion or Pleiades. It's also chainable for Xyz Monsters, unlike Call of the Haunted, and searchable via that card that nobody uses.
But of course most people will opt to just make a new Xyz over recycling an old one.

The fact that it's chainable AND gives a material makes up for the fact that it has specific targets. If you're using a deck meant to XYZ, this definitely isn't the most terrible of choices.

it is a pretty useful card.

it is such a constructive post. it explains why and how xyz reborn is so useful, like you said it is.
oh sorry, i'm being sarcastic.
anyway, xyz decks would use this card. but... no. in this format, it just sucks in almost every deck.
