Once per turn, you can increase this card's level by 1 for each Spell Counter on the field. You can decrease this card's level by 7; increase the ATK and DEF of this card by 1000. If this card is destroyed while its level is 8 or higher: Add 1 DARK Spellcaster-type monster from your Deck to your hand.

What was the last card that actually worked with Spell Counters? Ah, forget about that, we don't even have enough cards that support Spell Counters...effectively.

Lulz. You only need 4 Spell Counters to use its effect, but since Spellbook of Secrets is the easiest tool for generating Spell Counters on Citadel, most of the good cards you could search with this could be searched with Temper or Judge instead.
