If we're only going to have one message pinned, I'd rather it be "YCMaker, stop sucking and actually do your job" than "Guys, stop being mean to YCMaker, he's spent the last year and a half working tirelessly to get Xyzs working and I'm sure they'll be done as soon as possible".
