'Cause DG and Kenny boy are putting out new projects. Thought this place could use some more.

Just a teaser, mainly to show DG that I'm still the best logo designer on the site (He's getting better with that pentool though)

Anyway it looks purdy, actually one really picky thing, I feel the text should be slightly closer to the logo itself? It seems a bit to far apart atm.

I'd prefer community service, in which students would make gifts or pump out a lot of pieces to be critiqued.

Would be a good idea except bevel on gimp is absolutely hideous, anything pertaining to logo design really.
That's why I'll scratch everything until I get my hands on a copy of PS/illy.

Never feel intimidated by other artists. If you can find something you feel can be improved on, I'm sure the artist would gladly accept that criticism, whether it be accurate or not. Let's also not forget the other half of cnc, which would be what actually works on the piece/what you liked about it.

I believe it would look a lot better with a Dark grey and white version without the reflection. It would be more professional.

Looks great, like always, Night. However, with how the coloring and set up is with the shield, the F looks more like an E. If not for the title and the comments, I would have thought it was an E. For the texture of the shield, it feels a little off and makes it look flat. Love the hint of the hint of the pattern you have behind the texture, though. Absents of the G on the shield is kinda bothering me, too, but that's mostly just me and my taste. xD Lookin' forward to seeing more, Boss! o(≧∇≦o )

Anyway, the edges on the leaves seem slightly LQ, and I think the lion should be brighter. It's not sticking out too well atm.

I don't know is CS6's portable has been released, but I can check. However, I honestly can't tell a difference performance wise between CS3 and 4 for what I use them for.

It just looks legit, regardless, I'd be content with anything that works. (dl'd ps about 5 times, always ended up crashing on me.)

My portable has been working fine, and i've had it for 2 years, give or take the occasional failure of opening files.

I suppose it all just depends on your system.

Just got a buddy of mine over, I may have mentioned I was interested in a copy of CS6, went to get something from the fridge and by the time I returned the CS6 Master collection was queued on utorrent ;3
Thank god for cheap alternatives.
