How can you judge cards if you don't know about the game?
OT: I'm not one to point out if a card is broken or not as i'm useless at that, but the concept seems solid and interesting.
With a lack of restrictions, nothing stops me from banishing spells or traps that I won't be using again for a costless draw.
Tons of monsters now like being banished, and there's quite a few ways to bring them back, unlike olden times.
Level 4 with low ATK makes it spammable too.
Is there... still a fight?

Once per turn: You can banish 1 Pyro-Type monster from your Graveyard; draw 1 card
It looks a bit fun to use, but I personally wouldn't use it. Still, it gives its Type well needed draw power. Maybe make it FIRE monsters?
Card Grammar: 5/10
Usefulness in Deck: 9/10

lizardion tokens (0atk/0def pyro lv2) those tokens cannot be used for tribute summon or set.When this card is banished discard 1 random card from your opponent's hand.
