There are some major OCG errors on this card. The main focus is the lack of materials listed on the card (i.e. 1 tuner+1 or more non-tuner type monsters). Also, the attack being 2600 yet the monster is twelve stars is a bit unbalanced. The attack should either be higher or the monster's level should be lowered. Another point is the language in the cards lore, that should be fixed as well.
Lore
This card cannot be special summoned. When this card is normal summoned, you may search your deck for one "Guenhwyvar" or one "Catti-brie". Once per turn you can activate one of these effects:
If "Guenhwyvar" is on the field, this card gains 500 atk for each warrior, beast-warrior, or beast type monster on the field or in either players graveyard.
If "Catti-brie" is on the field, you may special summon one "Wulfgar-Chief of the Tribes" or one "Bruenor Battlehammer" from your hand to the field.

Thanks for the reminder to reread my cards. I forgot to read this one before posting it. But, that reason for the cards level to be so high is because of the effect not for the attack.

1. Replace throw with send
2. take away replace with paying
3. Need summoning conditions such as 1 tuner+ 1 non tuner
4. Increase its attack
5. Make it summoing condition non negatable.
