Actually, I once saw it utilized in a Deck that had that Reptile that gains 600 ATK for each Reptile banished in order to summon it. Of course, it was only thanks to FuFu.

It was used as a time reference, hence the point of saying "back when". I was pretty sure it was used to dump for something, but upon thinking about it, I don't even remember what. Yagan already worked for Xex. So apparently I misremembered, and it's only used for some Venominion variant.

Yeah, Venominon.dek ran this and FF, but they still have 3 Snake Rain. Not that it's a good card.
