If you control no monsters: Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "Photon" or "Galaxy" monster from your Deck. You cannot Normal Summon monsters the turn you activate this card. You can only activate 1 "Accel Light" per turn.

Not as good as Galaxy Zero, but still pretty damn cool.
