Wow, It's funny though, while I was thinking on how my deck would work, I though of this very similar idea...but I think yours win over mine.
I really like how the monsters are Special Summoned onto the Spell/Trap Zones (feels similar to one of the effects of "The Seal of Orichalcos"), but I think that's how Knights or Royals should play out.

Nice work...it's back to the drawing board for me...but I'll be using this idea for reference and example.

That is weird. I'm glad you liked them. I based it on Chess and the techniques of moving the cards as pieces appealed to me. It was kind of rough but I think I did a good attempt. If you need any help I'll gladly help. Sorry that it didn't work out. I quite liked this idea. I like board games so thats why I like basing some strategies and applying them to Yu-Gi-Oh!

New Addition:

Lore:

As long as you control a Monster Card in your Spell/Trap Card Zone: Once per turn; target one Monster Card in your Deck and Special Summon it in any Card Zone on your side of the field. As long as you control a Monster Card in your Monster Card Zone: Once per turn you can change the Monster Card Zone of one of your opponents Monster.

Wow, an archetype very similar to mine XD haha, except mine is about devils.

Anyway, since their names include a chess piece, will assume that their game play are based on the literal chess game.:)

for the bishop, the artwork really suits her. the bishop is placed along side with the king, so as long as there are "pawns" or monsters on the monster card zone, she can't be touched by the opponent :) nice, BUT, her role as a bishop is poorly pointed out as she does not heal the life points, nor summon allies to the field but only adds them to the hand.

for the king, wthe role of a "king" was very well adapted to this card, but i think the part of the lore that makes you loose the duel seems the be too much, and he seems very useless compared to other "pieces" so it's not a very good idea to summon him to the field. -_-

the pawn was nice, except it was a bit OP'ed XD. and yet the concept was great XD

the queen, hmm . . a bit inferior compared to what a queen in the chess can do. -_- i think it's supposed to be the most powerful right? but oh well it will really work well with the pawn.

for the rook, i see no relation.

anyway, they're effects as a card are nice, some are OP'ed some are UP'ed and yet they're good, i like it , except for some artworks, :)

;)

I cannot find the link to the image. Just crop the image from this Yu-Gi-Oh! Card. What do you think of the updated version?

Lore:

This card can attack all monsters your opponent controls. This card cannot attack your opponent directly. All battle damage your opponent would receive from battles involving this card becomes 0. If this card changes Card Zone: Return up to 2 cards your opponent controls. This card can only change Card Zone by a card effect once per turn.

Lore:

The Royal Mistress that watches over the other Monsters. She guards the Royal family by abusing her beautiful looks to charm her enemies before she ends they're lives.

Lore:

Send one Continuous Spell card from your side of the field to the Graveyard: Negate the activation of a card effect that targets a "The Royal" Spell card.

Lore:

When this card changes Card Zone: Gain control of one of your opponents monster until the End Phase of the turn this cards effect resolves. This card can only change Card Zone by a card effect once per turn.

Updated!! Also just to clarify. The Royal Mistress may seem pointless in this deck for it shares none of "The Royal"s theme of Card Zone manipulation but its more so used as a defense to be used in the monster card zone to protect the cards in the Spell/Trap Card Zone.
