It's quite a testament to the decline of the series when the majority of the worst episodes are from newer seasons. I don't remember thinking The Paper was that bad, but it's apparently the first episode listed on the Dethroning Moment of Suck page for the series, so I'll take it. Karate Island was definitely meh, so it's either that or The Splinter, which I have read is absolutely disgusting.
While not an episode, I did love the movie. To me, it served as a perfect finale to the series and a great way to end it on a high note. In terms of actual episodes, the better ones are harder to pick from, but I guess I'll have to agree with Band Geeks.

I will give the Movie an honoroble mention, but it isn't eligible for the countown, seeing as how it's not exactly an episode.
Plus, I found The Paper subpar even before I read the Dethroning Moment page.
