I like Fiendish Chain more than D-Prison, but do what you want.
I do not think you have enough Wind-Up monsters to trigger or benefit from 3 Factory effectively.

D Prison is way better than Fiendish this format IMO.
The thing about 3 Factory is that it will be live more often than not and when I draw it with Rabbit I will normally win. I don't like being in a situation with Rabbit but no Factory so I think 3 Factory is essential.

Except it clogs and is a terrible top deck after you already have one on the field or already searched your pieces. Its better to run 2 IMO as it frees up space for other cards.
