Seems pretty hilarious, as far as the 2nd effect goes.

How is something thats chainable and locks out the entire Graveyard comparable to Merrowgeist? Id honestly say this is far better than Merrowgeist. The fact that its a quick effect seals the deal

Nice. Would use it in Fish. Too bad it can't just be chained to negate something that already activated (if I understand correctly).

To be honest, I can't really imagine a situation where it would matter that you can't chain to an already activating effect. If you see like a Sangan or something you could activate effect before attacking, activate in response to the Summon of a DW, activate in response to Genex Undine/Gungnir/Atlantean junk, etc...
