It's such a cool card, yet, we have so few usable ways to summon Level 9 monsters. It's sad, so that's where this set comes in. I want to make Rank 9's viable without silly ways to make non-Level 9 monsters Level 9. Here we go.[/center] [center][spoiler=Dyson Fortress][/center] [center][img]http://i.imgur.com/WyMds.jpg[/img] If you control a Level 9 monster: You can discard 1 card; Special Summon this card (from your hand.) Once per turn you can banish 1 Level 9 monster in your Graveyard: Switch this card to Defense Position. If you activate this effect, this card can attack in Defense Position this turn. If this card attacks while in Defense Position: Apply the ATK of this card for damage calculation. You can tribute this card: Special Summon 1 Level 9 Monster from your hand or Graveyard. It's effect is negated. You can only activate the effect of "Dyson Pilot" once per turn.
