During Battle Phase: When this card is destroyed by battle or by card's effect, you can Special Summon 1 Level 2 or lower Dragon-Type monster in your Graveyard in Defense Position, it's Effects are negated. Chaos Dragons can get a big buff from it being a Level 4 Tuner, and it being LIGHT serves as food for LPD/DFLD. And also, it gets to re-use a dead REDRUM or LPD/DFLD. Rucken's card is much too slow and doesn't have enough viable targets. Decoy Dragon is the only thing that comes to mind; perhaps if it was Level 3 or lower, then it would be better.
