Adding this to my "Halloween" Archetype: "Halloween Vampire"

Once per turn, when your opponent draws a card outside of their Draw Phase: Declare 1 card type (Monster, Spell, or Trap); your opponent sends 1 card of that type from their Deck to the Graveyard. At the end of the Battle Phase, if this card destroyed a monster by battle and sent it to the Graveyard this turn: You can Special Summon 1 "Halloween" Tuner Monster from your Graveyard, and if you do, your opponent draws 1 card.

 

 

 

I was almost tempted to make this one a Level 5 with a self-summoning effect, but whatevs.
