Hi there, everybody. I'm from Vietnam, and here's what I've got so far. After a lot of tiring work (searching and editing), these fonts should cover all needed characters for making Yu-Gi-Oh! card, even unavailable ones such as alpha, beta,...

I. TCG fonts

1. Matrix Regular Small Caps
sample_zpsff24e7fb.jpg
• Number of fonts: 2; the first font is for older card layouts, and the second for the latest, with some tiny changes on the number sign (#) and the letter Omega (Ω).
 • Usage: typing card names
 • Supported languages: ALL TCG languages and Vietnamese
 • Notes: I've learned there are 4 variations of the numero sign, as what you can see here. The first one is used for latest French cards, which consists of the capital letter N and the degree sign (°); the second for older French cards, which I mapped as the numero sign (№); the third is another variation for old French cards, the small letter n and the ring above (˚); and the last is for Spanish cards, the small letter n and the masculine ordinal indicator (º)
