It's basically a deck in the same vibe as structure decks (except more animeish), consisting of some real cards, some retooled anime cards, and some completely new custom cards. It is also based around Rio's decklist published in V Jump. Number 37: Crysta Victoria RN 5 | WATER | Fairy | Xyz 2700 | 2000 2 Level 5 monsters The ATK of monsters you control that is lower than their original ATK becomes equal to their original ATK and cannot be reduced by card effects. Once per turn: you can target 1 monster in your opponent's Graveyard; Special Summon it to your opponent's side of the field in Defense Position, but its ATK becomes 0. Once per turn: you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 face-up monster with 0 ATK your opponent controls; take control of that target. Number C37: Chaos Victoria RN 6 | WATER | Fairy | Xyz 3000 | 2300 3 Level 6 monsters The ATK of monsters you control that is lower than their original ATK becomes equal to their original ATK and cannot be reduced by card effects. This card is not affected by the effects of monsters whose ATK is lower than their original ATK. If this card has "Number 37: Crysta Victoria" as an Xyz Material, it gains this effect: • Once per turn, during either player's turn, when your opponent Special Summons a monster from their Extra Deck: you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; reduce its ATK to 0. White Ray Lancer RN 3 | LIGHT | Winged Beast | Xyz 2100 | 600 2 Level 3 WATER monsters Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card to target 1 face-up monster on the field; it gains 1000 ATK OR it loses 1000 ATK. Ice Blossom Deity Neferti-Zero RN 7 | WATER | Fairy | Xyz 2800 | 1800 2 Level 7 WATER monsters You can also Xyz Summon this card by using a Rank 5 or higher WATER monster you control as Xyz Material. (Xyz Materials attached to that monster also become Xyz Materials on this card.) When this card is Xyz Summoned, return all monsters on the field with 0 ATK to the bottom of the deck. Negate the effects of all monsters whose ATK is lower than their original ATK. Once per turn: you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; all face-up monsters your opponent controls and all monsters your opponent Summons lose 500 ATK. This effect lasts until your opponent's next End Phase. ----- Deck's not so good at swarming which is why it typically relies on the Field Spell to maintain field presence and manage to Xyz. Because a lot of the attack reduction effects are permanent, you don't have to get all the combo pieces together. Lastly yes, some cards / numbers are there for flavor (the 1x for the RUMs and the Numbers), and yeah White Ray Lancer wouldn't be really relevant or even wanted in the deck due to Snap Freeze, but just there as a BRL counterpart. That said, you forgot Guard Penguin too. Which is kay, a lot of people seem to forget its her card. lol That said, it really seems like Victoria is extremely counter-productive. I'll see about giving her a secondary support set once I'm done with the other Emperors (working on Durbe atm). I didn't forget Guard Penguin, but it is a situational card that I wouldn't put in her main deck. I'll probably included in her support set when/if I make it.
