Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
Again, just deciding to make some Type/Attribute matchups that are under-utilized, and make them into cards that aren't reliant upon Archetypes or the Extra Deck. There are only 4 WATER Beasts, 5 WIND Beasts,5 WATER Beast-Warriors, and 3 WIND Beast-Warriors. Plotterpus Water/Beast/2/500/1300 If the only monsters you control (if any) are Beast-type monsters, you may Special Summon this card (from your hand). If this face-up card is sent from the field to the Graveyard, you can target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls that was Special Summoned and destroy it. Great Guardian of the West Wind/Beast/9/500/2500 During either player's turn, while your opponent controls 2 or more cards and you control none, you may Special Summon this card (from your hand). If this face-up card you control would be destroyed by a card effect, you may shuffle 1 card from your hand into the Deck instead. Hippodrate Water/Beast-Warrior/3/1300/1500 When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, you may shuffle it and 1 card in your hand into the Deck to draw 2 cards. You can only activate the effect of "Hippodrate" once per turn. Glider Skysoldier Wind/Beast-Warrior/4/2000/200 Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. You can Special SUmmon this card (from your hand) by shuffling up to 3 Level 2 or lower monsters from your Graveyard into the Deck. When this card is destroyed by a card effect, you can Special Summon 1 Level 2 or lower monster from your hand in face-down Defense Position. Toffee.
Plotter should be Level 4. Mostly, because there is a handful of cards that could make it work better and give it more usage.
Zeppeli Gyro Supreme
I figured there wasn't enough low level spam, it's less abusable, and more usable as synchro fodder at level 2. Not that Beasts have much in the way of Synchro power yet. I just realized though that you can use it with Obedience Schooled for some pretty nutty stuff.
