• Grading scale (How are you grading the cards)
• Clarification (Yes, it says "make a creepy card", but elaborate on what you'd want)
• Rules (standard stuff; what card types are you allowing use of, don't use other people's entries and so on)
• Required entry fee (if any)

 

As for prizes, people generally don't join contests unless you have some form of prize. You can just give the winning card "likes" (see the button on the bottom right of posts)
