A cool mechanic being having 10 or more cards on top of him in your Graveyard to Summon Hyozanryu? Yeah this is much more practical, and it still Summons Hyozanryu. Though it would be inconsistent. I don't think anyone is going to want to play it a Bastion deck, considering it's once per duel, and in defense position. It should have kept the "10 cards on top" flavor, or it could even have been a lower number like for example, equal to the Level of the vanilla dragon Summoned and be OPT, and even be restricted to the gem dragons in some way.
