4 Sets: Grazeal, Killiard, Quntai, and GKQ Support [8,12,9,6,35T]

I felt like making a set based around using banished cards as costs, and the more banished cards you have, the more you can do. That led to the Grazeals. Then I made their Xyz, and I felt like making another version for Spells that used another "God of" Xyz, which made the Killiards. And because everything in the game uses trios, I made the Quntai, an Extra Deck using Set. Finally, I made Oblivion and its support. Each can be its own stand-alone Deck, but I felt like posting them all together, since Oblivion requires all of them.

Feel free to judge Grazeal, Killiard, and Quntai as their own sets, and you don't have to investigate every set. If you want to criticize Oblivion and the GKQ support, you're going to have to criticize all sets, as they're reliant on GKQ.

Credit goes to GENZOMAN for making like 70% - if not more - of the art used in my cards.

EDIT: Added Alter of the Gods, and balanced the Gods and the level 10s a little.

I suppose I will critique these for you.

First of all from reading the effects of the first three Xyz Monsters they are all overpowered especially with the fact they gain the effects of their Xyz Materials giving them 6 different effects upon being Summoned, not to mention the fact that your opponent cannot do anything to counter your plays until their turn.

I've noticed with your other sets and this one too that not many of your Xyz Monsters actually detach their Xyz Materials which is a key component and mechanic to this type of monster. So basically they kind of have Xyz Materials just to have them. Another thing is that every Xyz Monster has to be summoned by using monsters of a certain Level that is the same as the Rank of the Xyz whereas these God monsters do not. If you had it so they were summoned by using Level 10 monsters they wouldn't be as broken and would be harder to bring out.

Now getting into your GKQ support specifically Meeting of the Gods, it is pretty broken with the fact that if you use it you can immediately bring out Oblivion after bringing out the other Xyz Monsters, meaning if that card was real it would be limited to 1 in a deck.

As for Oblivion, if you use Meeting of the Gods and then Xyz Summon it this is where it gets severely overpowered. Not only does it now have 18 Xyz Materials, but it also has a total of 19 different effects and once again your opponent cannot do anything until their turn, if they actually get one. If you Summon Oblivion you can win the Duel right then if your opponent has low Life Points since they have no cards to legitimately use and Oblivion can attack directly for over 5000 damage.

The other thing about Oblivion is that "This card must be Xyz Summoned", "Effects cannot be activated in response to this card", and "This effect cannot be negated" aren't necessary in her effect since she can only be Xyz Summoned and her effect upon being Summoned makes your opponent unable to do anything. If you take those out that would be a lot better.

Overall if these cards were real they would be like the original Egyptian God Cards and not be able to be used in competitive play, also they would be banned upon being printed into a card set.

Artwork wise the card art is beautiful and matches so well with the themes you had in mind.

Your OCG is really good and I don't see much error in that department.

I have to give these a 4/10 though due to the fact these are broken and are surprisingly even more powerful than Obelisk, Ra, Slifer, Horahkty, and Sophia, the Creator.

After I realized you can get Oblivion to over 9000 ATK upon being Summoned, I was going to nerf it when I got done with my English project. Add an "End your turn" to the Summon and to remove "from your opponent's hand" from the summon banish. And make it so you gain only three effects, likely making a total of six with the edited Xyz, as stated below. And the redundant clauses are redundant, but Skill Drain still has a (rare) chance to say hi, which would make them useful, and is what I was thinking about when adding them.

As for the Xyz not removing their Materials, at least in these guys, it's because they gain the effects of the cards under them. I guess I could change the effect gain to one Xyz Material, and have them detach for... Something. I can also make it so they take five different level 10 monsters, then give the GKQ Support a card that makes it treat all GKQs as Level 10 for that turn.

Meeting of the Gods can be nerfed by removing the no chaining clause, and by making them unable to attack, either, plus the nerfing of everything else makes an indirect nerf to this card.

After the future fixes, how are the sets? They still too OP for the rest of the sets to be mentioned, or was everything balanced enough to not have to be mentioned?

After reading the effects of them all I have to say that Quntai is the more playable of the three sets. The only downside is that you aren't always going to have any Xyz, Synchro, or Fusion monsters in your Graveyard to banish when these monsters are Summoned. So I would maybe make it so their effects activate when they are Normal or Special Summoned because otherwise they are a bit pointless.

The thing with the Killiard set is that they are decent but I can't really see much use with them since you didn't really give them much Spell/Trap support so their effects are a bit bad, they are good but you wouldn't get much use with them. Another thing is that, along with the Grazeal set, their effect description is rather lengthy which is a problem for people to easily remember them without constantly reading the effects whenever they draw one of them.

With the Oblivion and GKQ support the only problems I can see is why Genzo would be treated as a DARK Attribute while on the field since none of the cards really have to do with Attributes, the other thing is the effect of The Crusade which brings out a Genzo or Spearhead, the problem being that you can use it to Special Spearhead while controlling Genzo, Specialing Genzo when the Spearhead is Summoned, and then bringing out another Spearhead which puts you in a pretty bad loop here. I would maybe word it so you can only Special 1 of each while The Crusade is on the field.

One last thing is with the Level 10 of the GKQ set, if I was making these cards I would have changed them to 3500 ATK since 4000 is a bit strong since the three of them can attack multiple times in a turn.

OCG wise is the fact you sometimes put monster when you need to put monsters in their effect.

Again the art is amazing and it would be best to give credit to the artist one in particular being Genzoman of deviantART whose art you used a lot with these cards.

Overall for the sets:

6/10 for Grazeal

5/10 for Killiard

8/10 for Quntai

Overall for the sets:
6/10 for Grazeal
5/10 for Killiard
8/10 for Quntai

For Quntai, Ubarn, Ybon, and Eternal Glory are your recovery cards, and Quntai Aliance is your initial graving.

Killiard's Spell/Trap support mainly comes from banishing the Spells. Holy Army makes it so that, once you use a banish effect and SS a Killiard, you can reuse their banish effects, plus its a protection effect. City/Palace makes it so you can use counters as costs instead. Strike/Half Brother basically get you a free SS, and you are able to get King which gets you Army.

For Killiard/Grazeal effect length, it's mostly stored in their draw-banish/grave-summon effects. They're easy to remember: the banishing is 1/4 their level and the summon is their level, with the Grazeals also getting added back to the Decks. Draw with the level 10s and the Kings. Latter effects are the ones that you'd actually need to remember.

Genzo is treated as DARK because I plan to make more sets in the future that don't directly focus on helping these sets, but do help them out, and Genzo being DARK would help.

Nerfing the 10s a bit would make since, except Aburl, since he sends them all to the grave rather than having multiple attacks, then ends the Battle Phase.

Thanks so much for your feedback!
