Conquer the World - A Logistic Battle [Aix's Archetypes]

So the idea of this Archetype is to manage your resources, and use as little as possible. The idea is that it is an empire trying to conquer the world, however, it cannot overextend/expend too much of its resources. It needs to think smart about its choices. Currently utterly untested and probably will need heavy testing to balance, however, I will leave that to anyone who dares use this Archetype for the Deck Swap Tournament.

To be honest, the concept itself is very neat. You only have 24 bullets, so thoughts are needed to use them. But this archetype is, as you might have realized, prone of  the what I'd call "The Lightsworn Effect". As sending cards to grave is not exactly an actual cost, you can just be overwhelm your opponent with the advantage you gain. Also, Soul Charge is ridiculous here, due to all the selective mills. Can you say turn 1 Rhongomiant?

One last note, the -100 effect is pretty damn powerful with all the mills.
When this card is Normal Summoned: You can destroy 2 "Empyrean" cards in your Deck and add 1 "Empyrean monster from your Deck to your hand. While this card is in your Graveyard, monsters you control lose 100 ATK, or gain 100 ATK instead if you have 2000 or less Life Points.
So, the mandatory Magileine of the deck. Not exactly that vital with all the selective mills+CotH+The Warrior Returning Alive, but it's always a nice card. No more opinions here.
When this card is Summoned: You can target 1 card on the field; destroy 3 "Empyrean" cards in your Deck and destroy that target. While this card is in your Graveyard, monsters you control lose 100 ATK, or gain 100 ATK instead if you have 2000 or less Life Points.
Have no problem with this one.
When this card is Normal Summoned: Destroy 1 "Empyrean" card in your Deck and Special Summon 1 "Empyrean" monster from your hand. While this card is in your Graveyard, monsters you control lose 100 ATK, or gain 100 ATK instead if you have 2000 or less Life Points.
It makes Mercenary lives without using too much resource, or it can open OTKs with Mercenaries if using 2 or more Princess is too risky. Still fair enough for me.
While you control an "Empyrean" monster: You can discard this card; destroy 1 Spell/Trap Card on the field. When this card is sent to the Graveyard, you can banish it. While this card is in your Graveyard, monsters you control gain 400 ATK, or lose 600 ATK instead if you have 4000 or less Life Points.
Last effect is not worth the risk, especially with Soul Charge being a staple at 3 in this deck. The option to banish it is neat though.

Kind of meh with Princess existing to be honest. But it's not exactly a bad card, it's a 2k Warrior that could really help offensive pushes.
When this card is destroyed by the effect of an "Empyrean" card: Destroy 3 "Empyrean" cards in your Deck and Special Summon this card. While this card is in your Graveyard, "Empyrean" monsters you control gain 200 ATK and DEF.
And here's probably the most ridiculous thing in this archetype. No OPT clause means that you can field in something, pop this in your deck, use this to pop another copy, and continue until you ran out of this card, and end it with going for double Excalibur/Blade Armor Ninja. 1-card OTK is always ridiculous.

Yes it's expensive. But who cares when you can win at that exact moment? Refer to my main issue about them.
Target 1 non-Synchro "Empyrean" monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon that target and destroy 3 "Empyrean" cards in your Deck or as many as possible (min. 1), then, if you have more than 2000 Life Points, take 1000 damage. While this card is in your Graveyard, monsters you control lose 200 ATK, or gain 100 ATK instead if you have 2000 or less Life Points.
Pointless last effect since the -ses from your monsters will FAR outweight the boost from this card. But if the last effect is intended to be negative all along, then I guess that's okay. Probably this'll only be used as a fodder or when you're desperate for a push due to SC existing.
If 3 or more "Empyrean" cards were destroyed this turn: Pay 1000 Life Points; destroy 2 "Empyrean" cards in your Deck and draw 2 cards, then, if your Life Points are less than 2000, your Life Points become 2000. While this card is in your Graveyard, monsters you control lose 50 ATK, or gain 100 ATK instead if you have 2000 or less Life Points.
LP to 2000 effect is pointless, really. They all will still - your monster's ATK like no tomorrow. Also, same note as the above card about the last effect. Drawing is nice, but this also makes the deck far more explosive than necessary, as you dig further and further into your Soul Charge copies.
1 "Empyrean" Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters
If this card declares an attack: You can destroy 1 card on the field except the monster this card is attacking, then, destroy 1 "Empyrean" card in your Deck. If this card leaves the field: You can Special Summon 1 "Empyrean" monster from your Deck in Attack Position.
Is that Rider?

Cheap destruction on a 3.2k body that also floats with the style of Quasar and is dirt cheap to summon? That is kind of too much for me. Really, tone the ATK down. It's not like your opponent can beat over it or anything with all the ATK debuffs.
2 Level 4 monsters
Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card and shuffle up to 4 non-Rock-Type "Empyrean" cards in your Graveyard into your Deck to target 1 face-up monster; this turn, it gains 600 ATK.
And this one just removes the risk of running out of ammo. This counts as 8 ammos, while being a 3k beater technically. Not saying it's broken or anything, but it's just plain removes the risk of this archetype, removing the only thing that barely contained their overwhelming advantage game. Not to mention this is pretty easy to make.

You know what, they're pretty lamely restricted, and that's what make them can be ridiculous.

Alright, I'll make the destroy into banish, though destroy is more flavourful :( Forgot Soul Charge existed, this concept was made before Soul Charge.

Forgot that OPT clause on Princess, I'll add it in now and I'm toning down both Extra Deck monsters.
