You take no battle damage involving battles with LIGHT monsters your opponent controls. This card can attack all monsters your opponent controls once each this turn. Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can banish 1 LIGHT monster in your Graveyard; negate the effect of a card that targets a monster you control, and if you do, destroy it.

Monsters that target this card for attacks cannot declare an attack during their controller's next Battle Phase. When this card attacks an opponent's monster: That monster loses 800 ATK/DEF until the end of the Battle Phase.

So analogues to their effects.

Jolteon has a modified version of Volt Absorb (in this case, you're not taking damage against LIGHT monsters that your opponent has). Correlating this to the real game, this would stop a lot of Decks from damaging you outside of burn (i.e. Lightsworn, Hieratic, Constellar, Artifacts, etc). Second effect is essentially Discharge, since it's a spread move in Double Battles. Final effect is some targeting protection (against whatever targeting cards are common lately); though since it banishes a monster in the Graveyard, probably might lead to some shenanigans from Chaos decks or something.

Sylveon has a modified Cute Charm; any monster that tries to attack it will be locked from doing so the next turn. Pixellate is a better ability for it most of the time, but it's difficult to translate that to Yugioh terminology (except for powering up its attack to some extent). Second effect is Moonblast, altered a bit to fit with the game, but still retains its in-game effect from X/Y.

Anyway, CnC/love/hate/fix my OCG, etc.

Well-thought out reviews will be repped.
