The EXO-Girls! Fusion monsters in the Main Deck?! [41/? Cards]

Just another of my weird little ideas. This Archetype is a set of Light-Attribute, Machine-Type monsters focused on an unusual gimmick: Effects that move certain fusion monsters into your main deck to special summon under different conditions. Basically, there's a few Pendulums in the set that have a once per turn effect that allows you to swap your EXO-Girl monsters between your main and extra deck by sending one to your extra deck (Regardless of whether it's an effect monster, fusion, or synchro) in exchange for sending a fusion to the main deck where it can be Special Summoned as soon as you draw it. There's also a side-focus of using them to set up Synchros using the fusions to easily bring out higher level synchro monsters. I'm still sort of finding a groove with their effects, but that's the skeleton of the idea so far.

 

So, thoughts? Suggestions? Critique? Praise? Declarations of hatred? Any and all feedback is appreciated. Well, maybe except that last one. Unless there's a good reason for hating me, in which case I guess can't please everybody.

EXO-Girl Recruit

You can Tribute this face-up card to Special Summon 1 level 5 or lower "EXO-Girl" Monster except "EXO-Girl Recruit" from your deck. A Monster that was Special Summoned by this card's effect cannot declare an attack the turn it was Summoned.

EXO-Girl Rocket

Once per turn while this card is in Face-up Attack Position: You can send 1 "EXO-Girl" Monster from either your Main Deck or Extra Deck to the Graveyard, then destroy 1 Spell or Trap card on the field. This card cannot attack the turn its effect is activated, and is switched to Defence Position once it resolves.

EXO-Girl Striker

When this card is Normal Summoned, you can Special Summon 1 level 4 or lower "EXO-Girl" Monster from your Extra Deck. During the End Phase, return that card to your Hand or Deck.

EXO-Girl Sniper

Once per turn: When an "EXO-Girl" Fusion Monster is Special Summoned from your Hand or Main Deck, your opponent must discard 1 card. If this card is sent to your Extra Deck, you can banish 1 card from your opponent's Graveyard.

EXO-Girl Mechanic

When this card is Summoned, you can add 1 "EXO-Carrier" Monster from your Deck to your Hand. When an "EXO-Girl" Fusion Monster is added to your Main Deck, you can Special Summon this card from your Hand or Graveyard.

EXO-Girl Champion

If you control 1 or more face-up "EXO-Girl" Fusion Monsters, this card cannot be destroyed as a result of battle. When an "EXO-Girl" Fusion Monster is added to your Main Deck, increase this card's ATK and DEF by 200. When this card is sent to your Extra Deck, you can increase the ATK and DEF of 1 Machine-Type Monster you control by 500.

EXO-Girl Hacker

When an "EXO-Girl" Fusion Monster is added to your Main Deck, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. When this card is Summoned, you can banish 1 Face-up "EXO-Girl" Monster from your Extra Deck. This card's name, ATK, DEF, and Effect become the same as that monster.

EXO-Girl Blaster

When this card destroys an opponent's Monster as a result of battle, you can banish this card from the field to destroy 1 Spell or Trap your opponent controls. When this card is sent to your Extra Deck, you can send 1 card from the top of your opponent's Deck to the Graveyard.

EXO-Girl Infantry

Once per turn: You can send 1 "EXO-Girl" Monster from your Main Deck or Graveyard to your Extra Deck face-up. When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, you can target 1 face-up "EXO-Girl" Monster in your Extra Deck. The target's level becomes 10 and it is treated as an "EXO-Carrier" Monster until your End Phase.

EXO-Girl Air Support

If this card was used to Synchro Summon an "EXO-Girl" Synchro Monster, you can equip this card to that monster as an Equip Spell instead of sending it to the graveyard. When the equipped Monster would be destroyed by battle or an opponent's card effect, you can activate one of the following effects:
- Destroy this card instead.
- Banish this card and the equipped Monster, then Special Summon 1 face-up "EXO-Girl" in your Extra Deck.

EXO-Girl Technician

When this card is Normal Summoned or flipped face-up, switch it into Defence Position. Once per turn: You can target 1 face-up "EXO-Girl" Monster in your Extra Deck and shuffle it into your Extra Deck again face-down. If you do, add 1 "EXO" Spell/Trap card from your deck to your hand. That card cannot be Set or Activated the turn it was added to your hand.

EXO-Girl Builder

Once per turn, you can either: Target 1 face-up "EXO-Carrier" Monster you control; equip this card to that target, OR: Unequip this card and Special Summon it in face-up Defence Position. The equipped Monster's original DEF becomes 4000. If an opponent's card effect would return the equipped Monster to your hand, you can send this card to your Extra Deck face-up instead. While face-up in your Extra Deck, this card can be treated as a level 10 Monster.

EXO-Girl Drone Constructor

When an "EXO-" Monster is Special Summoned, you can Special Summon 1 "EXO-Drone Token" (Machine-Type/LIGHT/Level 2/ATK 1000/DEF 1000). "EXO-Drone Tokens" cannot be tributed. If an "EXO-" Monster you control would be returned to your hand by an opponent's card effect, you can destroy 1 "EXO-Drone Token" you control to negate the effect.

Artificial EXO-Girl

If you control only 1 "EXO-Girl" Monster, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. If this card is destroyed as a result of battle, you can add 1 "EXO-Girl" Tuner Monster from your deck to your hand.

Spell Effect:

EXO-Carrier Landwalker

Spell Effect:

You can only activate this card by banishing 2 "EXO-Girl" Monsters in your Graveyard. You can only Pendulum Summon "EXO" monsters. If there is an "EXO-Carrier" card in your other Pendulum Zone, this card's Pendulum Scale can be treated as 9 or 11. Once per turn: You can send 1 "EXO-Girl" monster from your Main Deck and 1 "EXO-Girl" monster from your Graveyard to your Extra Deck face-up and Special Summon an "EXO-Girl" Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck, but its effects are negated and it cannot attack.

When this card is Synchro Summoned: You can target all "EXO-Girl" Fusion Monsters you control; Shuffle all targets into your Main Deck, then special summon any number of "EXO-Girl" monsters from your Graveyard or face-up in your Extra Deck, up to the number of targets. You can tribute this card; Send 2 of your banished "EXO-Girl" monsters to your Extra Deck face-up, and if you do, add up to 2 "EXO-Carrier" Pendulum Monsters to your hand from your Main Deck or Extra Deck.

EXO-Carrier Mobile Armada
2 or more Level 10 Machine-Type monsters
You can detach 2 Xyz Materials from this card: Send 2 "EXO-Girl" monsters from your Main Deck or Graveyard to your Extra Deck face-up and Special Summon, from your Extra Deck, either a "EXO-Girl" Fusion Monster or a face-up "EXO-Girl" monster, but it cannot attack this turn. During the End Phase, if 1 or more "EXO-" cards were banished this turn: You can banish "EXO" cards from your Main Deck, up to the number of "EXO" cards that were banished this turn; Attach one of your banished "EXO" cards to this card for each card banished by this effect. Once per turn when an "EXO-Girl" Monster you control destroys an opponent's Monster as a result of battle, you can increase or decrease the level of 1 "EXO-Girl" Tuner Monster you control by 1.

1 "EXO-Girl" Fusion Monster + 2 "EXO-Carrier" Cards
This card's Fusion Materials must be sent from the field or Extra Deck. When this card is Fusion Summoned, shuffle all "EXO-Girl" Fusion Monsters from your Extra Deck and Graveyard into your Main Deck, then equip all "EXO-Girl" Fusion Monsters on the field to this card. This card's Fusion Materials must be sent from the field or Extra Deck. You can place this card in your Spell & Trap Card Zone as a Continuous Spell Card. Once per turn, while this card is treated as a Continuous Spell Card: You can place 1 EXO Counter on an "EXO-Girl" monster you control. If this card would be destroyed while it is treated as a Continuous Spell Card: You can target 1 monster with an EXO Counter on it; either shuffle the target into the Main Deck or send it to the Extra Deck face-up, and if you do, this card is not destroyed. When a Monster with an EXO Counter on it is destroyed, you can add 1 level 4 or lower "EXO-Girl" Monster from your Main Deck or Extra Deck to your hand, then destroy 1 Spell or Trap your opponent controls.

If you control 1 or more face-up "EXO-Carrier" cards, this card cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects. Once per turn: You can banish 1 face-up "EXO-Girl" Monster from your Extra Deck to target 1 "EXO-Carrier" Pendulum card you control and attach it to this card as an Xyz material. When an "EXO-Girl" Fusion Monster is Special Summoned, you can detach 1 Xyz material from this card to send 1 random card from your opponent's hand to their Extra Deck, face-down.

When an "EXO-Girl" Fusion Monster is added to your Main Deck, place 1 EXO Counter on this card. Once per turn, you can activate only one of the following effects:
- Remove 2 EXO Counters from this card, and add 1 level 4 "EXO-Girl" Monster from your deck to your hand.
- Remove 4 EXO Counters from this card, and send 1 "EXO-Girl" Fusion Monster in your Main Deck to the top of your deck.

EXO Barrier Generator

Your opponent cannot negate the Special Summon of an "EXO-Girl" Fusion Monster. When an "EXO-Carrier" Monster you control would be destroyed by an opponent's card effect, you can banish this face-up card instead.

EXO Spiral

Once per turn: You can banish 1 "EXO-Girl" monster in your Graveyard and target 1 "EXO-Girl" Fusion Monster in your Graveyard; shuffle the target into your Main Deck. If this card is sent to the Graveyard: You can banish this card from your Graveyard. If this card is banished: You can draw 1 card and reveal it, and if it is a Fusion Monster, draw 1 more card.

EXO Bombardment

You can target 1 "EXO" card in your Pendulum Zone, 1 card on the field, and 1 "EXO-Girl" Fusion Monster in your Graveyard; Destroy the first 2 targets, and if you do, return the third target to the Extra Deck. If this card was activated on your turn, you cannot Pendulum Summon during this turn. If this card was activated on your opponent's turn, you cannot Pendulum Summon during your next turn.

EXO Repair Chamber

You can only equip this card to an "EXO-Carrier" Monster you control. The equipped monster gains the following effect:
When a level 5 or lower "EXO-Girl" Monster is sent to the Graveyard from your Extra Deck by the effect of an "EXO-Girl" Fusion Monster, you can pay 500 Life Points to shuffle that card into your Main Deck instead.

EXO Fusion Chamber

You can only equip this card to an "EXO-Carrier" Monster you control. The equipped monster gains the following effect:
Once per turn: You can Fusion Summon 1 "EXO-" Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck, using Monsters from your side of the field or face-up in your Extra Deck as Fusion Materials. When an "EXO-Girl" Fusion Monster that was Summoned by this effect is destroyed, you can shuffle it into your Main Deck instead.

EXO Self-Destruct

When an "EXO-Girl" Monster is sent to your Extra Deck face-up, you can banish that card instead to send 1 card your opponent controls to their Extra Deck face-down. If a card that was sent to the Extra Deck by this effect is Special Summoned, you can banish this card from your Graveyard to return that card to its owner's hand.

EXO Combat!

When a level 4 or lower "EXO-Girl" Monster you control is destroyed as a result of battle, you can Special Summon 1 "EXO-Girl" Fusion Monster from your Main Deck or face-up in your Extra Deck. Increase its ATK and DEF by half of the ATK and DEF of the destroyed monster until the End Phase. If this card was activated during your opponent's turn, you can target 1 Monster your opponent controls. The target is switched to face-up Attack Position, and must attack (if able) an "EXO-Girl" Fusion Monster that was Special Summoned this turn.

EXO Assembly

Once per turn: You can Special Summon 1 banished level 4 or lower "EXO-Girl" Monster. It is returned to your deck during your End Phase. When an "EXO-Girl" Monster is banished, you can send 1 "EXO-" Monster from your Main Deck to your Extra Deck face-up.

EDIT 5: Added 7 new cards: 3 new Effect monsters (EXO-Girl Builder, EXO-Girl Drone Constructor, and Artificial EXO-Girl), 1 new Fusion (EXO-Girl Artillery), 1 new Xyz (EXO-Girl Mini-Carrier), 1 new Synchro (EXO-Girl Racer), and 1 new Spell (EXO Assembly). Feedback would be greatly appreciated!

So, I understand why this thread was moved from RC to AoC (Since the idea does twist one of the game's most basic rules), but why was it done without any sort of comment or notification? Don't the mods normally leave a short comment to say that they're moving a thread, or do they only say something if it's a blatantly over-powered card or something with fake types? I don't mind my thread being moved and won't argue against it, I'm just curious why it was done with no notification of it.

It's been moved over here because of the Fusion monsters in the Main Deck.

Realistic is for cards that pretty much stick to stuff Konami already made in game.

 

While interesting, new concepts belong here in this section rather than RC. (You were kind of expected to read the forum rules; though there were some loopholes in there about the mechanics of this set/other stuff).

 

Probably should've mentioned earlier, but now you know.

Understandable, as I said I was only confused about why there was no comment or message to notify me of it being moved. It was just the lack of communication I was curious about :)

 

EDIT: Although, after re-reading the RC rules thread, I noticed that it doesn't explicitly cover this sort of thing. It only really mentions that Divine Type/Attribute, Fake types/sub-types/attributes, pop culture cards, and blatantly bad designed cards aren't allowed. Though I might have misread or maybe it's brought up in another rules thread I over-looked? But it still might be a good idea to have it listed in the main rules thread(s) for the sake of clarity. 

 

EDIT 2: Yep, it's listed in the AoC Rules thread, but not brought up in the RC Rules. It should probably be in both, since some members may neglect to read the rules of a section they aren't posting in.
