Trebuchet MS
I certainly can't correct OCG in a different language. Nevertheless, it's where Sakuretsu Armor meets Magic Cylinder... under a relatively strict activation condition. FIRE Spellcasters aren't quite something you see frequently. Points for flavour, albeit at the cost of function. Maybe if the condition was loosened a little, either by working for any Spellcaster-Type monster or any FIRE monster, it might be more acceptable. Saturiel
The OCG in German should be rather fine. I just don't read that much english cards so I am not familiar with the English OCG.My first version was that it needs to be a fire monster and/or a Spellcaster. But I thought it was op. What do you think about that? Or maybe then treat it as limited card?
Flash Flyer - Sakura
I'll try to rewrite it in proper English, using PSCT. Activate this card if a FIRE Spellcaster-Type monster is targeted for an attack. Negate the attack; destroy the attacking monster, and if you do, your opponent takes damage equal to the destroyed monster's ATK. I don't recall too many FIRE Spellcasters, other than Hiita the Fire Charmer and her evolutions, plus Blast Magician (and Flamvell Magician or something). It's essentially a fusion of Sakuretsu/Magic Cylinder, but its activation requirements won't be pulled off most of the time. Making it require a FIRE monster to be attacked should be fine without serious problems; though there are a few common FIRE decks out there, but that shouldn't be too much of a problem. Or you go on the lines of what Gadj mentioned and strip the Attribute requirement; then it could be run as some form of monster removal for a general Spellcaster deck.
