Glow-Up Bulb:  Needed to come back, outdated

Infernity Archfiend:  THANK GOD... Konami you sure went right for hitting this atrocity of a card.

Raigeki:  :O  Not expected, but welcomed by me.  In an unrelated note, Konami didn't hit Vanity's Emptiness so this kind if fixes that, since the main issue was Summon Baheema (aka 2100 + ATK), Flip Vanity and beat to death.  Raigeki can fix this, although so can any other Trap.  In addition, Spell removal has become so distant in Yugioh, the last one used was Dark Hole and that was barely.  Smashing Ground hasn't seen play in years.  So this is a good push in a forgotten mechanic.

Soul Charge:  This BULL$H!% should have been banned.

Super Poly:  Konami does this time and time again.  Hit random cards that a new archetype just happens to use.  They didn't want to hit Shaddolls, so they hit this so no one can't say Konami didn't hit Shaddolls.  Was the limit justified?  Yes.  Was it adequate for the job? No.  Does Konami know this?  Yes.  Will Konami further hit Shaddolls in the future?  Absolutely.

Gale:  This needs to get unlimited already, Konami will unlimit it next most likely

Gorz:  Needs to get unlimited, Konami might unlimit this, but I can't say for sure, he is still powerful

Ceasefire:  Can we hit burn decks before unhitting them?  Please, let's not give burn decks unnecessary pushes.

Migration Prophecy:  This needs to get unlimited already, and I think Konami will unlimit it next most likely

Wolfbark:  Ugh, whatever... I don't like this Deck but he is fine at 3, but I like him at 2 more

Mag of Faith:  Finally, this card has no business on this list

Formula:  Ditto

RotA:  I find this card too powerful at 3.  But being a Satellar player I like it, and take it without question :D (but it should have stayed at Semi).

Glow-Up Bulb: lolwut? Shaddolls now have a 1-card Star Eater for example.

Raigeki: Given the current format, this to 1 isn't that bad tbh. People need to stop overreacting about it.

Infernity Archfiend: I'm glad they finally hit this.

Soul Charge: Whoever DIDN'T see this coming needs to sit down and think.

Super Polymerization: I'm fine with this going to 1.

BW Gale: I'm fine with this

Gorz: Why?! Bad design choice here

Ceasefire: Eh.... Not sure what to think, but I should be fine with this. Not liking the fact that Chain Burn gets another copy of this.

Transmigration: I'm fine this this

Wolfbark: Sure, I'm fine with that.

MoF: Absolutely fine with this. Wasn't doing anything @1 or 2.

Formula: Again, I'm fine with this

RoTA: Worst move of the list, shouldn't have moved to 3 at all.

Glow-Up Bulb:  probably not a good hit but my sense of nostalgia is cheering. i don't think it's a terrible hit looking at it totally objectively either, but meh. it's the wrong format for such a move, as well.

Infernity Archfiend:  rip solitaire.dek

Raigeki:  seems cool, i'm prepared to try this out to see if it's actually playable, let alone broken

Soul Charge:  ok good i guess but really it should be at 0

Super Poly: interesting because it gives shaddoll a worse matchup against ba and tellars, i think it's a good hit.

Gale:  honestly if they want to make blackwings better they should just put book to 3. nice move, though.

Gorz: yuck. badly designed card that creates messy mindgames and rewards players for being behind in a game. i'm not a fan

Ceasefire:  o_k

Migration Prophecy:  can't ba use this to a reasonable degree of success?

Wolfbark:  probably not a relevant move

Mag of Faith: yep

Formula:  relic of an old format in a deck that was hit so heavily it became irrelevant. guess konami are doing a similar thing to plants and bws

RotA:  bad. i believe black gives better reasoning than i ever could but yeah

not limited

vanity's emptiness: ;-;

overall not an awful list but a few questionable hits and imo they missed a few tricks not hitting vanity's. could be far far worse, though.

Let's have a go at it:

Limited:

Glow-Up Bulb (I love, hate, and I'm afraid of this move at the same time. HUGE boost for Shaddolls, BA, and other mill-happy decks. And let's not even talk about Sylvans. But no, 2011 will never come back)
Infernity Archfiend (Good, it was needed. I would have probably limited Chain too to be safe)
Raigeki (As stupid as it sounds, I don't believe it will have that huge of an impact. Odds are that it will become a staple, but I'm not 100% sure about that)
Soul Charge (The one hit that really needed to happen. Good, I have some faith left)
Super Polymerization (Definitely unnecesary, and kind of random, but it will actually make siding for the Shaddoll mirror a bit more difficult)

Semi-Limited:

Blackwing - Gale the Whirlwind (Good, we all wanted this now bring Birdman back)
Gorz the Emissary of Darkness (Bad. Probably won't have an impact, but still bad)
Ceasefire (Rejoice, Chain Burn)
The Transmigration Prophecy (A decent little side deck card, now better with it at 2. I wonder why it was at 1 anyways)

Off the list:

Coach Soldier Wolfbark (This..., is really weird, and probably not healthy. But it really makes me want to play Fire Fist again, though)
Magician of Faith (Tsukuyomi case: Irrelevant at 1, back to 3)
Formula Synchron (Also irrelevant, but it will feel weird seeing it at 3)
Reinforcement of the Army (WHY THIS? Do they really want NKs to be good that bad? And oh god, Tellarknights now..., worst hit tbh)

Like I said, besides Gorz, Bulb, Raigeki and Wolfbark, the list isn't that bad. BUT I'm a bit concerned with the things that weren't hit this time around. Namely, Shaddoll stuff (I know they are new, but I was expecting at least an indirect hit, and we have NECH right around the corner...) and the Artifact engine (won't complain, I like the deck). Overall, not that terrible.
