Bringing back the badass.

I've been toying with the idea of revamping an older normal monster so that it would hold up in today's format (that's just a shameless excuse to turn Seiyaryu into a pendulum, but whatever).
Ladies and Gentlemen! I give you Seiyaryuken!

Seiyaryuken
Light Level 7
Wyrm/Pendulum/Effect
2500/2300 8/8
P: "Seiyaryu", "Hero's Mount" and "Dragonrider" monsters you control are not affected by your opponent's card effects. During your end phase, you can destroy this card; And if you do: Add 1 "Hero's Mount" or Dragon-Type monster from your deck to your hand, then shuffle your deck.
M: Once per turn, this card cannot be destroyed by battle.

Seiyaryukun
Light Level 1
Wyrm/Pendulum/Effect
100/100 3/3
P: If you would Pendulum summon 1 or more monsters while this card is active in the Pendulum Zone: You can pay 1000 Life Points; And if you do: You can Pendulum Summon monsters that are activated in the Pendulum zones.
M: If this card is in the graveyard or banished; You can pay 500 Life Points to special summon it.

Number 250: Seiyaryuken Hero
Light Rank 7
Wyrm/Xyz/Effect
3000/2800
2 Rank 7 monsters
You can detach 1 xyz material from this card to negate the destruction of 1 face-up monster you control; And if you do: Deal 500 damage to your opponent

Number c250: Seiyaryuken Ascending
Light Rank 8
Wyrm/Xyz/Effect
3000/2800
3 Rank 8 monsters
You can detach 1 Xyz material from this card during either player's tirn: Damage you take from battles involving this card is 0 until the end phase. While this monster has Xyz material, it cannot be destroyed by battle.

Seiyaryuki
Light Rank 1
Wyrm/Xyz/Effect
2100/200
3 Level 1 monsters
If you control another Rank 3 or lower LIGHT Xyz monster: Your opponent cannot select this monster as an attack target or as the target of a Spell, Trap, or Monster effect. Once per turn, when your opponent activates a card or card effect; You can detatch 1 Xyz material from this card: negate the activation of that card or effect; And if you do: Destroy that card.

Note, I named him Seiyaryuken because "Seiyaryu" means "holy knight dragon" and "ken" means "sword" (I think. I never bothered to double check) and the connection between "knight" and "sword" was just too good to miss.

This card is meant to start off my Seiyaryuken archetype which will also support the original Seiyaryu. It will also be able to support my "Dragonrider" and "Hero's Mounts" which are two more closely related archetypes that focus on balancing Pendulums with Legacy Summoning. (Legacy is my own extra deck mechanic, if you search it in quotations, you'll find a thread entitled "So, I've been thinking...")
I'll post the other cards soon, so tell me what you think?

EDIT 1: Added Number 250. He's a number because these cards are for an OC of mine who uses a legacy dragonrider deck supported by his use of Seiyaryu.

Silver Eyes Crimson Dragon
Fire Level 7
Dragon/Effect
2500/2000
If you control a face-up "Dragonrider" monster, you can normal summon this monster with 1 fewer tribute.

Platinum Eyes Legacy Dragon
Fire Level 8
Dragon/Legacy/Effect
3200/1500
"Silver Eyes Crimson Dragon" + 1 monster that has a level
The level of this monster's Variable determines the number of times that it can attack per battle phase:
4 or less: 1 time
5-6: 2 times
7 or more: 3 times

EDIT 2: Featured dragon support to be used with Seiyaryuken for Legacy summons.

EDIT 3: Fixed some card grammar and Seiyaryukun.

The new card says tht you can pendulum summon set pendulums. You mean activated pends... ocg is not my strong spot, (The main reason I lose a lot of Contest and try not to participate in the first place) so I would ask another member. The ss back is would seem op, but it is actually prits hard to get a pend into the grave XD Dam mofo want to be in the extra deck! In all honesty, it actually would seem up... but instead... the pend scale is 1... a fing 1. Give it a down grade effect to compensate. Konami is going to make actually good pends here soon. (Besides Star/Time Gazer and Odd-Eyes) Get it strait and the cards good to go... I'll review the other cards later :)
