During the Battle Phase: Target 1 face-up monster you control; that monster gains 800 ATK. During either player's Battle Phase, except the turn this card was sent to the Graveyard: You can banish this card from your Graveyard, then target 1 face-up monster you control; until the End Phase, it gains 800 ATK, also it is unaffected by other card effects.

[spoiler='Card B']

During the Battle Step or Damage Step, when a monster you control battles: Target that monster you control; double that target's ATK, also that target is unaffected by your opponent's card effects. These changes last until the end of the Damage Step. You can only activate 1 "Rise to the Challenge" per turn.

I vote Card A. It has Graveyard effect and overall more usable than Card B. First it grant a 800 permanent boost, then it provide the same temporarily 800 boost and Felgrand protection from the Graveyard. Card B is also good, it let you take down monsters like Apoqliphort Killer or Malefics with Skill Drain, but doubling the ATK without reducing the damage to opponent is iffy here as it generate OTK plays, and I think give it a small amount yet either permanent or from the Graveyard is better.

Just saying, same image is not a good idea as it fairly restricted the card design and the cards will be so similar like this, but what's done is done.

So, what else could be expected from this image aside from ATK boost? (and maybe a FIRE support, oh and lower Lv/R monster vs the higher one, but I see that you guys didn't go for them.) And the card are.. as expected. It's funny to see how both cards are so similar, though. One has a small permanent boost and a secondary use in the form of same amount of boost plus some neat protection, another has a huge boost with the better protection than the former for a turn, though can only be used once. Needless to say, hard OPT clause on Card B to prevent x4 ATK is a good deal. But while generic LR is a good (only in term of usability) thing, I feel like the protection is overkill and make the card's look OP in general. I suggest you to get rid of that protection or keep it but adding no dmg clause. Card A's first effect is a useless crap, though the (should-theoretically-be-an-)icing effect is somehow cute.

I'm not that balance over usefulness's follower, but since Card A is not that bad at usability with its eff in Grave, I'll go with it.

These cards ended up pretty similar wheni saw the rules i was suprised to see both cards were traps XD

Anyway Card A give a decent ATK boost of 800 ATK which is simple and has be done before the use from the grave though i really like, card that can apply pressure on the game more than once are always nice.

Card B is not at all bad its a way to brute force your way over Boss Monsters and it does its job well with the added protection, but all in all card A would see alot more play because of the Grave pressure i enjoy cards like card A it get my vote.
