A couple of new LV cards, including some LV syncros

Hey guys, this is just a tiny little “archetype” I guess. LV synchros... kinda.

Feedback is appreciated, OCG fixes, suggestions for new cards, etc.

Anyways, here we go

[spoiler=Level Eye LV 1]

During your standby phase, you can tribute this card to Special Summon 1 "Level Eye LV2" from your hand, deck, or graveyard; it then becomes your Main Phase 1. This card cannot be used for the Synchro Summon of a monster other than a "LV" monster. A Synchro Monster that used this card as a Synchro Material cannot have its summon negated.

Cannot be Normal Summoned (but can be Normal Set).

This card cannot be used for the Synchro Summon of a monster other than a "LV" monster.

During your standby phase, you can tribute this card to Special Summon 1 "Level Eye LV3" from your hand, deck, or graveyard; it then becomes your Main Phase 1. A Synchro Monster that used this card as a Synchro Material cannot be targeted by traps.

Cannot be Normal Summoned (but can be Normal Set).

This card cannot be used for the Synchro Summon of a monster other than a "LV" monster.

You can banish this card from your graveyard to add 1 "LV" monster from your deck to your hand. You can place 1 card from your hand on the top of the Deck; Special Summon this card from your Graveyard. If Summoned this way, banish this card when it leaves the field. Once per turn, you can toss a coin, declare a level from 1 to 4, and call it. If you call it right, this card becomes that level until the End Phase.

"LV Manipulator" + 1 or more non-tuner monsters

Once per turn, you can target 1 card your opponent controls, send 1 Water monster from your deck to the graveyard, and destroy the target.

"LV Manipulator" + "Kawthar LV5"

This card can only be Special Summoned by banishing the above Syncro Materials from your side of the field during your opponent's end phase and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. Once per turn, you can target 1 card your opponent controls, send 2 Water monsters from your deck to the graveyard, and destroy that target.

"LV Manipulator" + "Kawthar LV8"

This card can only be Special Summoned by banishing the above Syncro Materials from your side of the field during your opponent's end phase and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. This card cannot be Special Summoned during the same End Phase as "Kawthar LV8". Once per turn, you can target 1 card your opponent controls, destroy that target, then you can send up to 3 Water monsters from your deck to the graveyard (min. 1)

It's not really worth running Level Eyes 2 & 3, because of the fact that they need to survive for several turns to release their full potential. Another problem is that Level Eye 1 has on effect on the Synchro, but then Level 2 has a completely different effect. The Level 2s and 3s should have the previous Level's effects too, but that may make Level 3 a bit too powerful. LV Engineer isn't really worth running since you can only activate one of its Graveyard effects, and the Level picking thing is completely random.

I don't really see a problem with the Synchros, except that one of the Synchro Materials is called "LV Manipulator", Which doesn't exist. (Maybe old name for Engineer?)
