During each of your End Phases, destroy this card unless you send 1 "Iron Core of Koa'ki Meiru" from your hand to the Graveyard or reveal 1 Beast-Warrior-Type monster in your hand. Neither player can Set monsters.

I haven't really seen a floodgate like this before, so it became a Koa'ki Meiru. Obviously Revealing Light-inspired, and I really like the idea of the sun revealing face-down monsters.

Interesting concept, though I'd opt for a Rock Koa'ki Meiru that can negate Normal Summons. This card can be sided quite well against the likes of Ghostricks/Shaddolls/Worms. Though, that brings the question: Aren't the Beast-Warrior Koa'ki Meiru more about recovering/gaining resources rather then keeping your opponent from making certain plays? Nonetheless, the stats on this card is good enough to possibly keep it on the field for a couple of turns or so, but if you were too summon this guy with Urknight you are more likely to Xyz with it rather then keep it on the board to regulate it's effect.

Right. The image doesn't really fit the Beast-Warrior Koa'ki Meirus either since they are generally humanoid, the choice was mostly out of utility. I could make it a Beast instead, but the lack of other Beast Koa'ki Meirus would be a problem.

 

More Koa'ki Meiru is ALWAYS good. And this is a great counter to Shaddoll, Ghostrick and Worms. Maybe keeping it as a Dragon-type monster would be better, since there's already Drago that prevents Special Summoning, and some more reveal fodder for it would be great.

I'm not really considering throwing out the basis of this design just to make a Dragon-type, sorry.
