Flash Flyer - Sakura Posted December 23, 2014 Report Share Posted December 23, 2014 Actually, that's just a guide that Toyo wrote regarding how to behave in Realistic/Advanced; those aren't the rules. In respect to that, Toyo hasn't updated that guide since the Fire Princess incident, but it should be edited. The actual rules are here (written by me): http://forum.yugiohcardmaker.net/topic/321479-ycm-advanced-cards-designs-rules/ In that regard, we do allow Pop Culture cards in there now because of the split; if you've noticed, Custom Cards are now divided into two sections; Advanced (which you may still refer to as RC if it's more familiar) and Casual (essentially for those who do not wish to be restricted by whatever designs Konami currently has).
