- Minimania -
How do you activate Stardust?EDIT: The effect where you send a Pendulum monster you control to the Pzone looks really good in Qlis and DDD
Black Temple Gaurdian
Currently only by Self-Winding. The idea is it's the same as regular Stardust Dragon, except it doesn't summon itself, but to compensate it's easier to resummon.
Seanoow
This idea seems very viable. The only issue I have is that with these two monsters you can pend summon any monster lvl 3-7, which to me seems very broken. I know that these are just a base, but I would pay attention to the pend scales. And try to make them less powerful. The synchros can have better pend scales, but just so people won't say these two cards are over powered I would seriously think about changing the self winding's pend scale to 4/4. Sir Yamiegg
Why is it LIGHT? Stardust is WIND. Also, you can't Tribute Spell cards so change the Pendulum effect to "...destroy this card;...". I would suggest that it had an effect to move it to the Pendulum Zone by itself - otherwise, it would be useless as a Scale other than with 1 other not-so-highly-searchable card. Black Temple Gaurdian
To address both the above re; the scale: There are plenty out there, at least two Scale 2, one Scale 3, and two Scale 7, all without summoning restrictions. I may cut back on Stardust's scale to stop level 7s being easily summoned, but then getting Stardust to a Pendulum Zone isn't the easiest.
Seanoow
To address the scales again, another possibility is to do the same as timegazer etc where the pendulum scale is 'worse' if there is not a specific card in your other pending zone. I think since this stardust is not the easiest to summon, a scale of 7 or 8 seems perfectly viable. Perhaps winding's scale could be 4 unless there is a "name shared in this set" in your other pendulum zone. Again, this is just my suggestion. I just think that it should be good, but not so easily abused to the point where it can fit into almost any deck. Considering the likely scenario, after managing to synchro summon this stardust, and having both pendulums activated, it is likely that your hand will contain about 2-3 cards after. So even with this slight drawback I mentioned, it is likely that you will only be able to pendulum summon around 1-2 cards next turn. By adding this restriction you would do the same as what they initially did with timegazer being unable to be activated while you control a monster. The value of the card outweighs the restriction, and that is what makes it such a good card but only if you build your deck to suit it. Synchro pendulums are a good idea, I just don't want to see winding get limited because it could fit into any pendulum deck, because this deck needs more than 1 copy of it. Neutrality Man
Winding Pendulum is a Pendulum Tuner. This is a dangerous path to walk. I'd put a restriction on using it for Synchro Summons, since the thing can constantly return to tune something else.

Neutrality Man
Fuxi says hi. Case in point. That: makes other things tuners if you use that effect, Fuxi reshuffles into the Deck when he leaves the field. This covers the Reusable Synchro material problem by making you have to wait to retrieve Fuxi. (I don't play Yang Zing and am assuming you speak of the Sephira/Zefra Fuxi)
Black Temple Gaurdian
Winding Pendulum is a Pendulum Tuner.Really? I hadn't noticed :P It does have restrictions: You need a really low scale to get it out once used, and you can only pendulum summon it once per turn. Sure they're not listed, but it's inherent in being a level 2 pendulum monster.
Radiant F.U.R.Y.™
In the monster effect, instead of tributing itself, you can have it move itself to the p-zone to activate its effect. This completely removes the need for self-winding IMO
