It was a 2 minute foot soldier fight in a rock quarry where none of the returning actors got actual screen-time during said fight. It wasn't sarcasm. I mean, can this season actually top a season where the finale is 20 generations of rangers coming together for a grand final battle? Because them fighting when THE BIG BAD IS DEAD is really all that epic? I mean, the legendary battle in Gokaiger isn't that outstanding, but it actually has a point. This doesn't. In fact, it only exists because someone at the last minute called bull that it wouldn't. anyone know what the air date for ep 2 is? Also, did you see the preview clip with them flipping the car? XD The preview is so silly. I mean, points for them trying to explain why it exploded after being flipped, but it still made no sense. Anyway, first two episodes were solid. Director lady's hate for pink seems.......random but hopefully that will be explained. I watched the sentai version so its going to be fun to compare the two since Gokaiger (my 1st sentai) didn't really get adapted so much as butchered. Wonder if there will be a Tripara, Triraptor and Parastego formation. Plus the way the Zords were introduced, T-rex in a volcano, Raptor in a forest, Tri in the mountains, Stego in ice and Para on a moonlit castle. The characters are all working really well and the back and forth on the villain side has been fun to watch. Sad Wrench hasn't gotten to do more since he was really cool in the Sentai. Speaking of, interesting they didn't bring in Aquas ranger since the episode they introduce the zord brought in his ranger in that episode too.Also, found it really cute that Riley called Chase a "Hotshot" since Black's title in the Sentai was the "Hotshot Hero" Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Also, since some of the dancing is part of the sentai footage, seeing Tyler acting like that is going to be very weird. It matches Daigo very well. Tyler not so much.Personally I'm VERY curious what they do with Endorf. He, sadly, was really underused and since they are doing something different with the villains I'm curious how they will adapt that story line.
