Progenitor
cool card, pretty balanced in my opinion >Not using dragons >lose your whole field >take damage for it "fair"
EndUser
The design is nice, but the effect is unbalanced. The reason: It's a Quick-Play Spell and, for any opponent that doesn't use Dragons, the effect is too strong. Think of "Compulsory Evacuation Device", which is Limited in TCG because it's a generic card and can return any monster to the hand. For starters, minimize the returned monsters to 1 (make it 2 if you want, but make sure to change it to Trap Card and add a cost or limitation to the card). Then, you can change the damage inflicted to the opponent. 400 or 500 points of damage is ok. Finally, depending the new description you make, we can correct the OCG faulties. dartz10
would adding to the text: "you can only activate Pulsar Roar once per duel." help balance the card?
AGATHODAIMON BANGTAIL COW
would adding to the text: "you can only activate Pulsar Roar once per duel." help balance the card? This basically is a nod to the fact that the card is broken. Like really, you could do the same exact thing by Limiting the card. You know how good Limited cards can be? Solemn Warning, Bottomless Trap Hole (BTH), Compulsory Evacuation Device, Soul Charge, etc. You know, waaaayy good. This card is basically a watered down version of CED (The Trap. Envoy of the End's abbreviation is CED-EotE), well, watered up since it bounces all of your opponent's monsters. If you have it bounce only the monster that was Summoned, it's still a really good card. Since it works on Summoning and not whenever, it compares more to BTH than to CED, but you have to realize that this works on any Summon at all. It's everything Forced Back wished it could be. You can use it to disrupt combos, to completely undo them, or otherwise hinder your opponent just as CED or BTH would. Personally, I would restrict it to one form of Summoning instead of all of them, or make it work only if the monster is Summoned from a specific place. Oh, and the bounce one monster thing. Definitely keep that.
EndUser
would adding to the text: "you can only activate Pulsar Roar once per duel." help balance the card? Almost no way. Very few cards are limited to Once Per Duel (but not because they have OP effects; it's a matter of abusive easily-activated effect, more or less). The problems are that a) it doesn't target, b ) it returns the monsters to hand (so, less effects triggered) and c) it returns all of them. If at least two of these problems are eliminated (or if there is an appropriate cost or limitation to the card), then the card is okay.
Horu
This card only works if your opponent doesn't control a dragon. That condition in and of itself is like 1:5,000,000 since I'm sure everyone that plays the game has at least one dragon stashed away somewhere. Peridank
Your logic is so... can I die now? I've been following this thread for so long and I have to say... ugh... fyi... Shaddoll Dragon... ain't no dragon...

Once per duel doesn't help either since this card's already broken as shit. A card shouldn't need a once per duel clause, that's probably not a good card then. lol
