I like this idea too damn much. But it could use some comments and suggestions.

 

Metro Tenor
EARTH / Level 3
[ Thunder / Tuner ]
If this card is Summoned while you control no cards in your Pendulum Card zone: Add 1 "Metro" Pendulum monster from your Graveyard to your hand. If this card is sent to the Graveyard by the effect of a "Metro" card; Draw 1 card. Only 1 effect of "Metro Tenor" can be activated per turn, and only once per turn.

Metro Treble
EARTH / Level 3
[ Thunder / Effect ]
If this card is Pendulum Summoned by a player that controls 2 "Metro" cards in their Pendulum Zone: Add 1 non-Pendulum "Metro" monster from your Deck to your hand, but you cannot Summon or activate the effects of a card with the same name this turn. If this card is sent to the Graveyard: Special Summon 2 "Metro Tokens" (Thunder-Type/EARTH/Level 3/ATK 2000/DEF 2000) in Defense position, but they cannot attack and are destroyed during your opponent's End Phase. Only 1 effect of "Metro Treble" can be activated per turn, and only once per turn.

Metro Contralto

If this card is summoned while you control no cards in your Pendulum Card zone: Add 1 "Metro" Pendulum monster from your Deck to your hand. If this card is sent to the Graveyard for the Ritual Summon of a "Metro" monster: Return 1 card on the field to the hand. Only 1 effect of "Metro Contralto" can be activated per turn, and only once per turn.

Metro Bass

Pendulum Effect: Once per turn: You can send 2 "Metro" monsters you control to the Graveyard, and if you do, Special Summon 1 "Metro" Fusion monster from your Extra Deck. (This is treated as a Fusion Summon.) You can only activate this effect of "Metro Bass" once per turn. If this card would be sent to the Graveyard, it is shuffled into the Deck instead.
Monster Effect: You can Ritual Summon this card with the effect of any "Metro" Spell Card. If this card is Ritual Summoned: You can add 1 "Metro" Ritual Monster from your Deck to your hand. This effect of "Metro Bass" can only be activated once per turn.

Metro Baritone

Pendulum Effect: This card is used to Ritual Summon any "Metro" Ritual Monster. You must also tribute Monsters from the field or your hand whose total Levels equal the Level of the Ritual Monster you Ritual Summon. You can only Ritual Summon 1 "Metro" Ritual Monster per turn by the effect of "Metro Baritone". If this card would be sent to the Graveyard, it is shuffled into the Deck instead.
Monster Effect: You can Ritual Summon this card with the effect of any "Metro" Spell Card. If this card is Ritual Summoned: Target 1 face-up monster on the field; destroy that target. This effect of "Metro Baritone" can only be activated once per turn.

Metro Mezzo

Pendulum Effect: This card is used to Ritual Summon any "Metro" Ritual Monster. You must also tribute Monsters from the field or your hand whose total Levels equal the Level of the Ritual Monster you Ritual Summon. You can only Ritual Summon 1 "Metro" Ritual Monster per turn by the effect of "Metro Mezzo". If this card would be sent to the Graveyard, it is shuffled into the Deck instead.
Monster Effect: You can Ritual Summon this card with the effect of any "Metro" Spell Card. If this card is Ritual Summoned: Destroy 1 set Spell/Trap card on the field. This effect of "Metro Mezzo" can only be activated once per turn.

Metro Soprano

Pendulum Effect: Once per turn: You can send 2 "Metro" monsters you control to the Graveyard, and if you do, Special Summon 1 "Metro" Fusion monster from your Extra Deck. (This is treated as a Fusion Summon.) You can only activate this effect of "Metro Soprano" once per turn. If this card would be sent to the Graveyard, it is shuffled into the Deck instead.
Monster Effect: You can Ritual Summon this card with the effect of any "Metro" Spell Card. "Metro" monsters inflict Piercing battle damage. If this card is Ritual Summoned: Increase the ATK of all "Metro" monsters by 500, until the End Phase. This effect of "Metro Soprano" can only be activated once per turn.

Pendulum Effect: Once per turn: You can send 1 "Metro" monster from your hand or side of the field to the Graveyard to Special Summon 1 "Metro" Ritual Monster in your Extra Deck. (This is treated as a Ritual Summon. If this card leaves the field, shuffle any monster summoned by this effect into the Deck.
Monster Effect: You can Ritual Summon this card with the effect of any "Metro" Spell Card. If this card is used for the Synchro Summon of a "Metro" Synchro Monster: That monster gains 500 ATK until the End Phase. If this card is destroyed by an opponent's card effect: You can pay 500 Life Points; add 1 "Metro" Tuner monster from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand, except "Metro C".

Metro Concertino

2 Level 3 "Metro" monsters
Must be Fusion Summoned and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. "Metro" monsters you control can attack twice in the same Battle Phase. If you control 2 or more monsters with the same original ATK, those monsters gain 500 ATK. If you control 2 or more monsters with the same original DEF, those monsters gain 500 DEF. This card cannot be destroyed by card effects while you control another "Metro" monster.

Metro Harmonia

[ Thunder / Synchro / Effect ]
1 "Metro" Tuner + 1 non-Tuner "Metro" monster
Cannot attack if you control another "Metro" monster. If a "Metro" monster destroys an opponent's monster as a result of battle: Increase the ATK of all "Metro" monsters by 500, except "Metro Harmonia", until the End Phase. If a "Metro" monster you control successfully attacks the opponent directly: Destroy 1 Spell/Trap card your opponent controls.

Metro Idol
EARTH / Rank 3
[ Thunder / Xyz / Effect ]
2 or more Level 3 "Metro" monsters
You can only control 1 "Metro Idol". Other monsters you control cannot attack. During your Standby Phase: Detach 1 Xyz Material from this card. This card gains the following effects based on how many Xyz Materials it has:
1: This card gains 500 ATK for each Xyz Material it has.
2: This card cannot be destroyed by battle.
3: This card cannot be targeted by card effects.
4: This card inflicts piercing battle damage.
5: If this card declares an attack, your opponent cannot activate card effects until the end of the Damage Step.

String Orchestration

Spell

Shuffle any 2 "Metro" monsters from your hand or side of the field into your Deck and Draw 2 cards. Only 1 "String Orchestration" can be activated per turn.

 

Woodwind Orchestration

Spell

If you control no monsters: Add 1 "Orchestration" Spell or Trap card from your Deck to your hand, except "Woodwind Orchestration". Only 1 "Woodwind Orchestration" can be activated per turn.

 

Electric Orchestration

Spell / Quickplay

This card is treated as a "Metro" card when activated. Banish 1 "Metro" monster in your Extra Deck and apply the following effect based on the type of Monster banished:

Ritual: Destroy 1 card your opponent controls.

Fusion: Banish 2 cards in your opponent's Graveyard.

Synchro: Return 1 card on the field to its owner's hand.

Xyz: Special Summon 1 Ritual "Metro" monster from your hand. (This is treated as a Ritual Summon.)

Only 1 "Electric Orchestration" can be activated per turn.

 

Brass Orchestration

Trap

Target 1 "Metro" monster you control; it cannot be destroyed by battle and gains 1000 ATK until the end of the turn. Only 1 "Brass Orchestration" can be activated per turn.

 

Percussion Orchestration

Trap / Counter

Activate only if you control a "Metro" Fusion, Synchro, or Xyz monster. Negate the activation of a Spell, Trap or Effect Monster effect and destroy that card. Only 1 "Percussion Orchestration" can be activated per turn.

Why do you think the set is balanced?

Remember, you're not in Casual where the standards are lighter. 

 

Here in Advanced, you actually have to explain more. 

 

I've seen you write properly in other threads, so why aren't you doing so here?

because dont have  anything to explain~

i think the deck talks by itself~

tho if you want me to explain, i will~

-the draw and search engine isnt that broken as most of the archtypes i seen (like mines)

-the ATK and DEF seems pretty balanced, and that makes the deck fast but not broken at all

-i have to admit that the pendulum summon and stuff is always broken, but this time is kinda harder to do since you cant summon monsters that easily, because they need to be ritual summoned first

-xyz, synch and fusion do what all the others boss monsters should do : try to help in their weakness

-the spell/traps isnt that broken and have a big cost taking in mind that the deck by itself cant get them back

 

what i want to test is the search engine because i feel when summoned is too much, so change to normal maybe would stop them a little, and the fact that can actually synch, ritual and fusion summon out of the blue with just some pendulums in 1 turn, but is kinda hard taking in mind that the monsters  is lost in grave most of the times cuz pendulums
