The Warden
Aqua Actress – Guppi Water Aqua / Effect LV2 600/600 (1) Once per turn: You can Special Summon 1 “Aqua Actress” monster from your hand. Aqua Actress – Arowana Water Aqua / Effect LV6 2000/2000 (1) Once per turn: You can add 1 “Aqua Actress” monster from your Deck to your hand. Aquarium Stage Spell Continuous (1) WATER monsters you control cannot be destroyed by battle, except with WATER monsters. (2) “Aqua Actress” monsters you control are unaffected by your opponent’s card effects. (3) If this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard: You can target 1 Aqua-Type monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon it. You cannot Special Summon monsters for the rest of this turn, except Aqua-Type monsters. Aquarium Lighting Spell Continuous (1) You can only control 1 “Aquarium “Lighting”. (2) During damage calculations, when an “Aqua Actress” monster you control battles an opponent’s monster: You can activate this effect; double the ATK and DEF of that monster you control during this damage calculation. (3) If this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard: You can target 1 Aqua-Type monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon it. You cannot Special Summon monsters for the rest of this turn, except Aqua-Type monsters. Yeah, about as generic you'd expect a kid character to be. Atypical-Abbie
Aqua Actress – Guppi, boring card, but can't dismiss it either since it's a free Special Summon. Aqua Actress – Arowana, again boring, but searcher is a searcher, so what the hell. Aquarium Stage, now here is where it gets interesting, both battle and effect protection is pretty damn good, plus a free Aqua monster when it dies! I wonder if it can be used outside of Aqua Actress somehow. Aquarium Lighting, this is just silly, 4K ATK with Arowana? Oh Konami.
Zauls
Generic as hell, maybe, but these things have potential. A continuous searcher that becomes basically invincible with that Continuous Spell out and a continuous Honest?
Toffee.
These are silly, but given the support that low-level WATER and/or Aquas have, these can be quite playable.
Cosmo.
If these get more support they can become no problem a very viable deck! Aquarium and Lightning are 2 very strong cards, while the monsters are sadly quite lame and plain. BTW do you know in what set these + Sybils + (maybe, at least i hope, plz Konami make it real!) cookmates come out?
The Warden
Hopefully if they make the last Actress Tetra, that she'll be able to search Aquarium/Aqua Story cards.
Timeline15
Wait, they're actually printing these? Cool. Seem pretty random, but I certainly see people using the field spell. Also, as someone who hates it when a main(ish) character doesn't get their archetype printed, I'm happy about this. Hopefully they'll make Petra as well. (So, is there a chance we can get sketch beasts now? Pwease?)
Pchi
Weird that they are Aqua instead of Fish-type, though.
Timeline15
maybe they want them to be useable with frogs? :/
~Faytl~
Sweet, we get these guys? I was hoping we would, I love their design. Now I just need Sawataris Underworld Troupe cards and I will be happy. Looks pretty good, could use a card to search the spells and it could be hella consistent. Toffee.
My guess as to why they are Aqua, is because they are AQUA Actresses and have AQUArium cards, etc. So likely the type is just cuz' it stays in-theme. Plus, it's been a while since we got anything Aqua.

CLG Klavier
Huh. Really simple lockdown deck. They do get a lot of external support thanks to their level and type, but I don't think they'll go far.

ihop
You don't even want your WATER monsters to stay alive. You want an empty field so you can't be Trished and you can use your ritual spells in grave. These things actually seem decent if they get more support, they have very generic but somewhat powerful effects and both spells are nice.
Spinny
Basically this archetype is: Good support > Go far Bad support > Do really bad.
Atypical-Abbie
Basically this archetype is: Good support > Go far Bad support > Do really bad. Isn't that true for pretty much any Archetype? Honestly, I doubt they'll develop these much more, they will be a cute little Archetype for you to play for a tiny it, then move on, similar to some of the ZEXAL Arcehtypes like Crashbug and Gorgonic. newhat
Isn't that true for pretty much any Archetype? No, Hands were unfair from the get-go. The Field Spell is abusable, but the Deck won't be viable if all the monsters are independently useless. Unless they have an engine to turn into Extra Monsters. Malacoda-Eviltail
I am still amazed at the fact these and their support are being made personally but if apparently this becomes popular enough, we could see more Aqua Actresses, if even they are not from the anime
The Warden
Well, it depends if Ayu duels more. But by checking the numbers (Stage is 042 and Lighting is 044), it means that we'll be getting Aquarium Setting as well, which buffs AA monsters by 600. And will probably get the SS an Aqua when sent to the Graveyard.
