Card A

Once per turn, you can Special Summon 1 monster from your Graveyard and attach it as a Xyz Material to a Xyz monster you control. If this card is destroyed while you control a Xyz monster, you can Special Summon it from the Graveyard during the End Phase.

Card B

FLIP: Send one "Skull Servant" or "King of the Skull Servants" from your Deck to the Graveyard.

A is too insane. ANY monster. AKA a monster that'll have an effect trigger off a detach. And it infinitely recurs if you have an Xyz Monster. Hell, this thing would be run like crazy in Boxers, since they dodge destruction with Yoke, and Satellars gain so much advantage they almost always have Xyz, and this card is Level 4, one of the most abusable levels to build Xyz around.

Card B is a worse and slower Wightprince that is nowhere near as good. If it treated itself as a Skull Servant it would have that as a mitigating factor, but like this it's practically worthless.

This is hard. Card A is too broken and Card B is too underpowered... I can't give my vote to either of these. Hate to do this, but I vote Card C.

CARD A:

While I enjoy that its stats are normal for a Level 4 monster, its effect is very over-powered.  There are many Xyz monsters that are already OP with the limited Xyz Material effects that they have (Utopia is the first that comes to mind...) and adding more materials allows them to use their effects infinitely.  The only reason a lot of Xyz monsters aren't considered OP is because of the limited number of times they get to use their abilities, and this card would remove that balancing factor, especially considering it can revive itself.  I understand it tries to be balanced by limiting its Special Summon to the turn it's destroyed, but because of its first effect, you are almost guaranteed to have at least 1 Xyz monster on the field.  Not even "Explossum" would help here.

CARD B:

While I am admittedly unfamiliar with the use of Skull Servants, I know that the main point is to strengthen "King of the Skull Servants", and a lot of the "Wight" cards already do so.  All things considered, I think this archetype could use a bit more support, and this card certainly helps move this set along without making it more OP by including itself in the "Skull Servant" name.  I also enjoy that it is a FLIP effect monster, which makes you wait to use its effect rather than having it done immediately.  You have to set up a strategy, and if your opponent doesn't attack, you have to risk flipping a 0 ATK monster for the hopes of a strong "King of the Skull Servants" later down the road.  Overall, this is a balanced and creative card (plus the name is awesome).

My vote goes for Card B.

card A:
free material to xyz monster once per turn is already pretty dangerous, plus the monster is special summoned first, means effect

like sacred crane/tellars should trigger so you can get double advantage, also can revive when destroyed and you control xyz monster (plus no hard opt

so if its destroyed in EP it can revive indefinitely), too overpowered

card B:

sending a king of skull servant to grave is good, but there is already many card that does that, and this one is flip, mean it need to wait ,and set monster are very vulnerable since most of them have dangerous effect, people will use removal effect instead also flavor wise this does very little support to wight/skull servant since it limited only to send skull servant, doesnt treated as skull servant/wight ,and doesnt help other wight, plus its level 2 as opposed 1 like to the other wight and skull servants(aside from lady of wight), too underpowered

vote goes to card C

Card A - Yikes. Its overpowered. Okay the first effect while limited to once per turn can be very nasty, refueling Xyz materials for abusable use of effects, the SS aspect could help and be hindrence. The second effect is too much, endless respawning in very easily met circumstances. Card is dark very spalshable. Fits in with todays cards lol. Pic is cool, as is the name.

Overall i give it 6.8/10

Card B Hmmm. Underwelming. Flip effects are nice i supose lol. It helps a very underused deck-type but they already have plenty of quicker cards to help get skull servants/king of skull servants in grave. Lacks that something not a very interesting card to be honest. Doubt it would see much play if any. Name snd pic are meh.

Overall 6.4/10

Card A gets my vote
