For those who don't know me, I have been creating music for a while, and I had worked on a few projects either for my own, or being requested to create a work for an indie cinema, video game, and once I even did a music for a commercial. So let's get started. For first, I will show you my latest work, a promo mix of my upcoming album I worked on, Lycanthropy. What you should know about this project is that it is an experimental work based on mixturing both classical and modern music elements by using orchestral instruments and digital sound effects. Donsheo Posted April 24, 2015 Author Report Share Posted April 24, 2015 I mostly use EWQL for orchestral instruments (strings, flutes, etc.) and I use HalionOne (mostly) for the electronic sound effects and/or instruments. However, it was NOT made purely by Cubase (that's the software I'm using to make music), there was a lots of sound editing and sound designing done in GoldWave to get the sounding I like. EDIT: Oh, I forgot to mention that I record everything by using a keyboard, and I barely use solely softwares in creating music. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

This is an experiment where I decided to orchestrate some of the classic Hungarian Folk Songs. Aside from the instrumentation, I decided to add an "orient" feeling to each song, which is giving to each song a completely different sounding. This one, "Elindultam Szép Hazámból" (I left my beautiful country), while not as popular as other Hungarian song, in our country, it is still well-known, and it is frequently sang during graduation ceremonies.
