Megamaw
I'm posting this for a friend, who wants to see if this needs to be balanced at all, or if it should be Limited, or what. Lore: Smooth Jazz Magician Level 4 WIND Spellcaster/Tuner/Effect During your Main Phase 1, you can pay 1000 Life Points; Neither player can conduct their Battle Phase until the end of your opponent's next turn. When this card is sent to the Graveyard as a Synchro Material: The Synchro Summoned monster gains this effect. ● Once per turn, during either player's turn, you can target 1 card you control, except this card: It cannot be targeted by card effects or selected as an attack target until the end of this turn. 0/1800 I imagine it's not AMAZING, but there might be something... I'm missing.
Spinny
It's actually pretty well designed.... I love how instead of a summoning clause it links the effect into the flavour of its name and has a LP cost to balance it out. Its still effective since although it can't summon itself easily, it can stall so other things can be summoned. The synchro buff is decent as well, makes it worth using. I like it. BTW: You shouldn't be making cards to have them put on a ban list since the ban list isn't really a thing to balance a card.
Flare909
I'd say if your opponent controls an effect monster on their field, pay 500 life points to negate both players battle-phase until end of your opponent turn.
