[spoiler=Personality]Friendly. This is the first word most people use to describe Winifred Mallory. A good speaker as well as a good listener Winnie is the kind of person who has never gone a day in her life without friends. Despite her career choice as a detective Winnie has quite the carefree and free-spirited attitude, though should the time call for it she is able to become serious in a snap. Despite this very oblivious seeming personality Winnie's career as a detective has taught her very useful observations skills, that often come to play in her social interactions, and she is able to pick up on how people are feeling through even subtle body movements.

 

[spoiler=Backgroud]The first and only child of the Mallory family, Winnie was born in what would have been known in the previous world as Hearthome City. After The Merge's massive reshaping of the landscape caused Harthome City and Celestic Town to become wedged in between Mt. Coronet and a new mountain range formed by The Merge. For the most part completely isolated from the rest of Totus. Despite this Hearthome still kept it's same showy attitude and splendor, which is the reason for Winnie's rather old-fashioned name.

 

As a child both of Winnie's parent's encouraged their young daughter's creativity and due her parent's copious amount of funds Winnie was able to explore many areas of the arts. As they say the apple doesn't fall far from the tree, neither did the young Mallory girl. Winifred inherited many of her parent's eccentricities, and as soon as she could acquired her first Pokemon (a Roselia) and began her own journey. Like many of the youth her departed near the same time on their journey's Winnie had no interest participating in Gym Battles or earning Badges. No her eyes were set to the title of Top Coordinator.

 

Unsurprisingly with only a little difficulty Winnie obtained her 5 needed ribbons and advanced passed the Appeal Round of the Grand Festival... only to be knocked out in her first match in the Battle Rounds. Her freshly wounded pride motivated the young Winnie try even harder. In the next year Winnie put her heart and soul into into her goal. Practicing from sun up to sun down; developing new techniques, evolving Roselia, and even adding a new member to her team in the form of Gothorita. Year after year though Winnie experienced defeat at the Grand Festival, even going so far as to compete in the finals before being defeated. After 5 losses in a row the now teenage Winnie felt hopeless.

 

Returning home Winnie locked herself away, and became depressed and isolated only leaving her room to eat dinner in the evening. Even her parent's concerned attempts to bring her out of her depression, and eventually even they gave up, leaving their daughter to her own misery. Day after day the teenage former coordinator wondered why she felt so hollow and empty despite the fact that their where only a handful of Top Coordinators in the entire world. She should have been proud of all she had accomplished, and yet Winnie could not bring herself to feel happy. Eventually Winnie grew to realize that she had not sunk to this low because of her losses, but rather because after her first loss Winnie had allowed her passion and goals to consume her, and define her as a person. Thus when she could no longer grasp it she lost all hope to continue living.

 

This marked a turning point for Winnie. Rather than allow her despair to consume her the young woman decided that she would reinvent herself. Allow herself time find her true self, and then and only then would she return to contests. Winnie again left her hometown of Hearthome a new goal in mind this time though; to travel the world and experience all it had to offer for herself. This long journey toke several years, and along the way Winnie gained many new partners for her team. This journey took several years, but this small break from the contest scene seemed to be just what the doctor ordered, as when she finally returned the now 18 year old Winifred Mallory was crowned Top Coordinator.

 

It was around this time that Winnie met Diancie for the first time. The scarred Jewel Pokemon having fled from several Hunters before being cornered at the Contest Hall. Desperate Diancie reached out to Winnie hoping the human bystander would jump to its aid... and she did. With little effort Winnie dispatched the Hunters, and became Diance's Guardian. It was this event that would eventually spur Winnie to join the police force as a detective, so that she could protect others from the threat of the Hunters. She is currently participating undercover at the Tournament on Archanum Island keeping a watchful eye out for any potential Legend Hunters.

While she prefers not to use it, Winnie is always prepared to pull her weapon should her life or the life of an innocent be endangered.

 

Detective's Badge: Pretty self-explanatory hear. What do you think she just walks around saying "I'm a detective." and people just believe her. Got show some identification friend.

 

Flask: A frequent drinker Winnie almost always has a flask filled with some sort of alcoholic beverage on her person. Despite being able to down an inhuman amount of alcohol into her body with little (visible) ill-effect, Winnie knows her limits, and not many can attest to seeing the young detective inebriated in public.

[spoiler=Appearance]Prof. Guelder stands at an imposing 180cm (5' 11"), and has a BWH ratio 31-21-30. Her hair is actually a light brown, although it may be seen as blonde when under a certain light, and she has a very alluring pair of blood red eyes. These eyes are the biggest highlights of Prof. Guelder's appearance, standing out even more than her well endowed bosom, but they can pierce straight through anyone that she happens to not be amused by. While she may wear what's seen below at night, out in the open, Prof. Guelder wears something a lot more professional. Specifically, she has the same labcoat, but wears a men's shirt, a long black skirt and high heels.

[spoiler=Personality]Having taken a temporary break from her job, Prof. Guelder is fortune enough to have come to Archanum Island to watch the Tournament of Legends unfold. She's not participating in the tournament itself, preferring to watch from the sidelines. However, her Pokemon are strong in their own rights, as they would often have to protect her from various threats, Pokemon and human alike, while she went about her research. As such, Prof. Guelder has full confidence that they can take on any Legend Hunter that tries to go after her or her Meloetta. Then again, Prof. Guelder is well aware of what the Legend Hunters are capable of against the unprepared. All the more reason why she's not participating in the tournament; as much fun as she's told she's missing out on, the trade-off is that Prof. Guelder's Pokemon remain at tip-top health, rendering the Professor herself 110% ready to counteract any attacks that a Legend Hunter tries to make, sudden or otherwise.

 

Prof. Guelder herself is a mostly silent woman, preferring to let her actions speak louder than her words. She's not afraid to talk about some of the discoveries she's made during her research though, but her personal life... not so much; she doesn't personally deem it interested by any means. However, the one being that she ends up talking to most is her own Meloetta, who she treats just like she would her own daughter if she ever had one. The Melody Pokemon's beautiful singing certainly does a number to alleviate the stress that comes with the territory of trying to find out everything there is to know about these creatures. But there are still several discoveries to be made within Archanum Island itself, and Prof. Guelder intends to make those discoveries no matter what it takes.

 

[spoiler=Background]Approximately 15 years ago, Professer Gesine Guelder started out as an assistant to a Professor Mena Redwood, who was looking after the Lumiose City Pokemon Lab among other things. While Prof. Redwood had been doing her research as normal, and had been making many discoveries, she often ran on short supply of Chespins, Fennekins and Froakies for Prof Guelder to give to trainers starting out on their journey throughout the Kalos region. A young man by the name of Damian Fletcher was one of several children that had no choice but to go without, and Prof. Guelder had felt sorry for him after seeing him run out of the lab in tears. However, she certainly was not amused with Prof. Redwood's constant oversights. Regardless, Profs. Redwood and Guelder continued to work with each other for another five years, until the former was sent an invitation to continue her work in a brand new lab at a brand new region, which was an opportunity that she immediately jumped on. With that, Prof. Guelder took over the duties as the go-to Pokemon Professor of the Kalos Reigon. And she was already doing a significantly better job at it.

 

One year later, Prof. Guelder found herself setting up for a big display of Mega Stones that she and Prof. Redwood had discovered over the years to the public. She'd even set up glass cases and pressure plates tripped to alarms to try and prevent these Mega Stones from being stolen, as well as video surveillance to capture whoever was fool enough to make an attempt of such on tape. Unfortunately, this didn't stop Damian from successfully pulling off the Masquerainite Heist, but after going through the tapes and recognizing the culprit, Prof. Guelder decided against pressing charges. She was still annoyed that she had to get a replacement though, but she made the arrangements anyway. A week later, a package arrived and was sent straight to Lumiose City Lab. It was labelled as containing a Masquerainite inside it, but when she opened the package and examined the Mega Stone closely, Prof. Guelder noted that the color was ever so slightly... off, to an extent.

 

That was when Meloetta arrived next the lab window, looking in from the outside. Meloetta was too nervous to do much more than that at first, but when she saw the Mega Stone that Prof. Guelder had been examining, she immediately came forward... as even more of a nervous wreck. Eventually though, after all the stuttering and panicky responses to the professor's accusations, Meloetta finally managed to explain her presence, and ask for protection from these evil people called "Legend Hunters". She also mentioned that that Mega Stone that was delivered to Prof. Guelder was called a Meloetite, and that she herself was meant to be looking after it when all of a sudden it was taken from her hands. Since Mega Evolution was known to make certain Pokemon stronger than they would be in their base form, Prof. Guelder had deduced that the Legend Hunters had pried the Meloetite from the poor Meldoy Pokemon's hands in an effort to weaken her for a later assassination attempt. However, she'd yet to work out how they would've known she needed a Mega Stone of any kind. Regardless, Meloetta was scared for her life, so Prof. Guelder agreed to become her Guardian.

 

Several years had past since then, and Prof. Guelder had returned home to the Lumiose City Lab after having traveled all over the world, when all of a sudden, she noticed an invitation in the mailbox. She hadn't open it yet because she had things to do that needed more of an immediate attention, but once they were done, she finally found the time to open it. It was an invitation to the Tournament of Legends that was to be held at Archanum Island, which had been signed by a Diana Espinoza. Supposing that seeing one more region couldn't hurt, Prof. Guelder packed her bags and took a flight to Archanum Islands, only to note that preparations for the tournament had already begun. She may not have had intentions of participating in the tournament, but Prof. Guelder that the tournament would be a spectacle in and of itself.

Several issues.

 

(1) You have misunderstood the geography of this RP. There is no more Kalos Region. There are areas that were formerly the Kalos Region, but they, along with the other regions, came crashing together to form the Totus Region over a century ago. Also there is no Archanum Islands. It isn't an archipelago. It's just one island. So fix that in your bio.

 

(2) Too many custom evolutions, especially since one of them is a mega legendary. Pick 2, i don't care which 2.

 

(3) Why would a Mega Evolution be contingent on a moveset and affection rating??

He has a plain black hat, that he wears backwards.

 

 

[spoiler=Personality]Roy cares very deeply for Pokemon in general, if he see's a Pokemon being abused he will stand up for it. As such, he tends to get into rather awkward situations.

People on the other hand, he tends to act withdrawn. Often inspecting the person at a distance for awhile before he decides weather or not they are acceptable to talk to.

He doesn't handle dirty tricks very well, especially when he's in the middle of a battle. He will get very angry at the person doing the dirty deed and tend to send one of his Pokemon over to them. Because of this over time, he has became able to handle multiple battles at one time.

Roy doesn't take fair defeats very well. He tends to blame himself, and goes into a depression for awhile. This often is only a couple of hours, but depending on how bad he lost, it could last days. His Pokemon are very well used to it at this point and do hilarious acts to get him out of his depression.

As heir, and only child to the Devon corporation, Roy was raised in a higher society of life. Roy's parents are highly over protective of him, as such he never really had any human friends, he had bodyguards of course, but that's not the same.When he left for his journey, the lead scientist for 'DEVON' Corp. gave Roy a prototype MRK.10 hover board; it uses the newest technology in electromagnetism to lift the board high into the air (up to 25ft. and can go up to 30MPH), their is a lock for each foot so he doesn't slip off of the board. His father is dead set on Roy becoming the next CEO of the 'DEVON' Corp., Roy has no idea what he wants to do in his future so he started traveling farther, and farther away from his home. Eventually coming upon a challenge that hasn't been seen for decades. Protecting a Lugia.

He obtained Charizard when it was a charmander, as a birthday present before he started his journey at the age of 10. He caught the rest while traveling around the formally known area; Hoenn. Pichu has never stayed inside her pokeball, instead deciding to rest on his shoulders or atop his head, she also has a tendency to steal his hat.

Lugia; he was fishing one day just passing time when he caught something big. Pulling it up to the surface, it turned out to be Lugia, it had fresh battle wounds all over it as if it just got away from fighting. Roy pulled it to shore and started to tend to its injuries when some legendary hunters came up to him and demanded he hand it over. Refusing and defeating the legendary hunters, he sat there for days, until Lugia finally woke up.

Underwater Breathing; He doesn't magically grow gills, he just naturally breaths underwater. Now at first he flipped out thinking he died, Lugia explained to him that its just natural and not to fight it.

The only real problem I see with your character is how you chanced upon Lugia. Fishing? Idk think the lord of the ocean would be caught on fishing rod. Fix that.

After working on my post, I realized that I forgot two things on my Hunter.

 

Her laptop, so that she can work on various things while on certain hunts.

And her 'Item Balls', reprogrammed Pokeballs designed to hold larger items (including her sniper rifle) for her instead of Pokemon and unregistering them as 'balls that she has on her. That's been kicking around in my head for a while, ever since I saw Ash accidentally catch a food item in a Pokeball within the original series.

 

So, I'm asking if I can go ahead and add them to Ms. Lider's sheet.
