[spoiler=Effect](This card is always treated as "Elemental HERO Neos")

When this card is Normal Summoned: you can add 1 "Neo-Spacian" monster except "Neo-Spacian Neos NS" from your deck to your hand. When this card is Spacial Summoned: you Special Summon 1 "Neo-Spacian" monster except "Neo-Spacian Neos NS" from your hand or graveyard. You can only activate 1 "Neo-Spacian Neos NS"effect per turn and only once that turn. This card cannot be used as a Fusion Material except for a Fusion Monster that list a "Neo-Spacian" monster as one of its Fusion Materials.

Since my attempt to support Neo-Spacians with Drag-N didn't seem to go well with people I decided to add this in addition to please them...

The problem with this is getting it + a Neo Spacian into the field. This has always been the problem really. If it was a Deneb, then I guess you could do some stuff with it by making it a Hero, but as it is, kinda meh

I made changes to it like adding a Special Summmon effect to it to Special Summon another Neos-Spacian Monster.

This seems exceedingly useful in a Neo-Spacian deck. Being a Normal Summonable E-HERO Neos makes Neos Alius almost completely obsolete as you don't have to wait a turn/your Normal Summon making to have it become Neos, allowing you to use otherwise difficult to use cards such as Wrath of Neos much more easily, as well as making it a 2000 ATK beater with Neo Space on the Field.

This, coupled with the fact that it benefits from Neo-Spacian support such as Cross Porter and Convert Contact makes it already very versatile.

Both the Normal Summon and Special Summon effects are nice as well. Normal summoning it allows you to set up for Miracle Contact (although Prisma does this equally well) or something, and Special Summoning it allows you to get a Contact Fusion the standard way.

All in all, a very solid card for an interesting archetype, and one that I've always been a fan of. My only complaint is that due to the wording of the name being treated as Elemental HERO Neos, you wouldn't be able to run the original if you ran 3 of these, which seems a bit silly to me. Maybe make it only treated as E-HERO Neos while on the Field? This means you could run it along with the vanilla Neos, which could still be useful as you could send it to the Graveyard with Prisma.

Alternatively, you could remove the name thing completely, and give it an effect to Special Summon Elemental HERO Neos from, for example, the hand or Graveyard. This would be arguably more powerful as it allows you to get out a 2500 Beatstick very easily, and still enables easy use of cards such as Wrath of Neos.

Then it should also be neos in the grave, to make miracle contact alive if you decide to mill him or his summon gets negated etc.

No, what you've got is "(This card is always treated as Elemental HERO Neos)". What I was suggesting was "(This card is always treated as an "Elemental HERO" card)", like how Summoned Skull is always treated as an Archfiend card.

This would still allow it to be usable with any of the Elemental HERO support, (along with any of the Neo-Spacian support) but not limit your options on the cards you can have in your deck, which is what would happen as its name is ALWAYS treated as Elemental HERO Neos: you would only be able to run a max of 3 of both this and the vanilla Neos as they both share the same name, and of course everyone would run this card instead, making the original Elemental HERO Neos almost completely useless.

That would be bad in my opinion as it removes some of the 'flavour' from the cards.

If you were wanting for it to still be usable as Elemental HERO Neos for the Contact Fusions and for the Neos support, then you could have the "This card is always treated as an "Elemental HERO" card" thing, but also have a "This card's name becomes "Elemental HERO Neos" while on the Field".

You could instead have it be able to summon Elemental HERO Neos somehow, for example: "You can shuffle this card from the Field into the Deck, Special Summon 1 "Elemental HERO Neos" from your hand or Graveyard.
