Pendulum Effect:You cannot Pendulum Summon monsters, except "Section XIII" monsters. Once per turn, while you control no monsters: You can pay 1000 Life Points; Special Summon 1 "Section XIII" monster from your Deck; you cannot Pendulum Summon the turn you activate this effect.

 

Monster Effect:During the turn this card was Normal Summoned, you can Normal Summon 1 "Section XIII" monster in addition to your Normal Summon/Set. (You can only gain this effect once per turn.)

Pendulum Effect:Once per turn: You can pay 800 Life Points; add 1 "Section XIII" monster that is banished or in your Graveyard to your hand.

 

Monster Effect:While you control no monsters, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. Once per turn: You can target 1 LIGHT or DARK monster on the field; negate its effects until the End Phase.

Monster Effect:When this card is Normal Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 "Section XIII" monster from your hand or Graveyard. Once per turn: You can target 1 LIGHT or DARK monster on the field; its effects are negated (even in the Graveyard).

Once per turn: You can shuffle 1 "Section XIII" monster that is banished or face-up from your Extra Deck into your Deck; destroy 1 LIGHT or DARK monster on the field. This card cannot declare an attack the turn you activate this effect.

During either player's turn (except the turn this card was sent to the Graveyard): You can banish this card from your Graveyard; all monsters your opponent controls are treated as LIGHT monsters (even in the Graveyard).

This looks great. I can definately see some sort of control deck out of this with DNA Transplant. However, with the pendulums, I'm slightly concerned with their soft OPTs when combined with Performapal Trampolynx in the same way it's combined with Qliphort Scout.

 

If I may, I would recommend created an archetype-specific DNA Transplant so they don't end up negating themselves.
