Negate the effects of all Pendulum monsters on the field.Face-up Pendulum monsters in the Extra Deck cannot be Pendulum Summoned. Your opponent can shuffle 2 Pendulum monsters from their hand or field into the Deck to negate and destroy this card. CnC please Tried making an image, but my Paint skills are really bad. (GigaDrillBreaker)
Honestly, this belongs in joke cards. This is not realistically designed.

Flash Flyer - Sakura
In a nutshell, it boils down to salt against a particular Deck; which a particular member some time ago did very often in Advanced Cards. Cards that are designed to completely screw over something in the metagame right now is not good design. Yes, some of us don't like EmEm/PePe but this isn't the way to counter them, especially when it's Skill Drain/Vanity's from the ED.
Excalibur the Divine
What if I change it to all Pendulums, like how it is now?
Flash Flyer - Sakura
Let's see then.Card is effectively ED Vanity's and Rector Pendulum combined into one now, which screws over more Decks than just EmEm. Yes, you can still Pendulum Summon from the hand or something but at the end of the day, it's still a floodgate although the opponent can just remove it if they have the resources in hand (and most, if not all Pendulum decks, will have the necessary cards to remove this in the later stages of the game). And even if they shuffle the cards back into the Deck, most often than not, they'll just retrieve those cards again (and probably trigger whatever on-summon effects they have). So right now, it's a potent floodgate but otherwise can be negated at any time if the opponent is willing to sacrifice Pendulums to get rid of it (coupled with the LP cost on your end). I would advise staying away from designing things that inhibit a certain card type/summon in the game, even if there are ways to remove them from the field. Excalibur the Divine
Ok, I was just trying out a new concept.
Trebuchet MS
It seems particularly easy for the opponent to defuse this card since they can just shuffle out their now-dead cards to break the lock. What this amounts to is you rather quickly losing half your LP for nearly nothing in many circumstances.
Excalibur the Divine
Hmm, what if the cost is raised to 3 Pendulum monsters?
Trebuchet MS
Putting it to 3 will make it more difficult, yes, but still rather possible if the game's been going on for a bit. I was thinking of reducing the number of places the opponent can shuffle from - let's say, just the hand - so that the loss in advantage will bite them harder.
