Card A is a Scale 9 with no restrictions, which should not exist, but that doesn't even matter at this point because that doesn't compare to its Pendulum Effect. The Spell recovery makes this card an instant staple in a huge number of Decks. It makes Dragons completely searchable (this also makes this a single card Scale, by the way). Its monster effect is oppressive and beyond overpowered, with or without being paired with its Pendulum Effect. Add to that good stats and a very good Level, this card would break the game if it existed.

Card B is nothing too grand (maybe apart from having a Flip effect without being a Flip monster). Its Pendulum Effect which really should be a monster effect is decent, especially because it can place itself back, so it doesn't die to TT or whatever. Its Flip effect is mediocre without another Pendulum Monster Card on the field, which shouldn't be too hard, but being a Flip effect, it already has enough potential for being disrupted.

Card B for not breaking the game.

Card A is a generic Scale 9 without restrictions, so yeah P-Summon all of the general Main Deck bosses you want. Because this is also a "Magician" Pendulum, it also synergizes with the other stuff they have now, including Insight and whatever. Recover Pendulum Call, Sky Arc or whatever; heck, Odd-Eyes is still a viable target for this card's searching. (Reminder that Magicians don't have anything over Level 7)

As for its monster effect, just no. Yes, it's a OPD thing but against certain Decks, this will flat-out murder them.

Card B helps to set up your board if you lack another Scale in hand, so that's also useful to an extent. The Flip effect is slow though, but suppose it kind of works like Secondonkey for generic Pendulums if you already got the Scales up or the opponent has theirs up already. Besides that, the card is generally fine.

For obvious reasons, card B.

A is literally screaming for abuse.

So A is a generic scale 9, Dragon RotA and a DMoC that works on M1. And his monster effect is too good aswell.

Card B:
Lacklustre pendulum effect

It's actually really thought out with it's second effect, a generic friendonkey wouldve been opop but the FLIP balances it nicely

I vote Card B, there really isnt much point writing an essay on both cards, A is ban-worthy to say the least.
