Make a Cyber Dragon support card.

Card A

Cyber Zone
[Field Spell]
Once per turn, this card cannot be destroyed by card effects. Machine-Type monsters are unaffected by card effects. Once per turn, If you would Fusion Summon a "Cyber" or "Chimeratech" Machine-Type Fusion Monster, you can use up to 3 monsters from your Deck as Fusion Materials. Once per turn: You can pay 1000 LP; Xyz Summon 1 "Cyber" Xyz Monster, using monsters in your Graveyard as Xyz Materials. You cannot Special Summon monsters from your Extra Deck the turn you activate this card.

Card B

Cyber Remodeling Facility

[Field Spell]

Once per turn: You can discard 1 "Cyber Dragon" monster; add 1 "Cyber Dragon" monster from your Deck to your hand with a different original name than the discarded monster. If this card is destroyed by a card effect: You can add 1 "Power Bond", "Polymerization" Spell Card, or "Fusion" Spell Card, except "Diffusion Wave Motion", from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand.

Card A is pretty messy. It's trying to do everything. It cant be destroyed by a card effect once per turn which is super nice. Although people Cosmic Cyclone exist in OCG, It shouldn't be a problem for now. It also protects Machine-types protection from card effects. This is irritating considering that it cant be destroyed once per turn. Also for this effect exclusively, Deskbots would love this considering thats one of the archetypes problems. It also allows you to use the deck for fusion, this is slightly OP since this allows people to get cyber end dragon without effort other trying to get polymerization which is not really a problem since it has a lot of searchers. Then suddenly it supports Xyz monsters. While the effect is pretty neat, this is bad design and people consider it to be out of focus. I guess you can Nova here faster once you got 2 cyber dragons in the grave. You can't go to Infinity immediately which sucks a bit.

Card B's simple and effecient. It allows you to use the other Cyber Dragon cards you dont need to your advantage and search more Cyber Dragons. Its a searcher while also allowing you to set up for Overload Fusion for Chimeratech. In exchange of being destroyed, you can search for fusion spells, usually Overload so you can get Chimeratech Overdragon or power bond and proceed to OTK with Cyber End.

Voting for Card B here cause its efficient and reliable at getting plays done. Card A has okay effects but its too messy and a bit OP.

Card A basically gives CyDras (or really any Machine deck immunity to effects). Put bluntly, think of 81's effect extended for long periods of time. Yes, Cosmic Cyclone / Castel or whatever forms of non-destructive removal exists, but taking this on the TCG side, that option does not exist. Then, it's a Future Fusion for them, albeit restricted to 3 mats. A note that Rampage now can blow up 3 cards on its summon and then leads to Graveyard set up later, though I suppose it also lets you make Overdragon and Cyber End if needed. Last effect is really only for Nova, which is fine but that's it; least you can't go into CDI right after, like the common plays for Nova are nowadays (Rank 5 into Nova, then proceed to make Infinity).

Still, it's a card that Machine decks that aren't CyDras will use, just for the blanket protection (despite losing access to their own effects that'd help them out).

-----

Card B lets you set up the Graveyard and get out a certain CyDra monster you want. One option is discarding Core, search out Drei or something else, proceed to banish Core and SS CyDra from Deck, NS Drei and Rank 5 afterwards. Or just get pieces into the Graveyard, so you can Overload Fusion into Rampage or something. Then again, if opponent is careless and pops this card, you can at least get your setup into Overload/Power Bond, so that's nice. The searching part helps though, as outside of Plant, they're on the slow end of getting members out.

-------

Voting card B on this side, as it helps them with a key problem that they have right now (and at least gives you better access to the Fusions). Not fond of A being Future Fusion / costless BriFu for them (in the latter, monster still has its full power) and coupled with its blanket protection, your opponent is going to be scraped for options. This card having OPT destruction immunity pushes it over the top though.

Alright, time for a vote.

Firstly, I find it extremely entertaining that you both chose to do field spells

Now then, I think imma vote for card B.

Card A seems like it has a lot going for it, which is exactly the problem I have with it: it does too much. Not only does it make your dragons immune to everything ever, it keeps itself on the field, and it can instantly being out a fortress dragon with at least 3k. The Xyzing from grave eff is also a lil crazy to me, but the no ssing others from ed balances it out a little bit.

Card B fixes what cybers had broke: good searching of both the monsters and the fusion spells. It's simple and effective.
