Dokutah
Basically a series of unique concept for Synchros along with its enablers revolving on impossible to summon Level 1 Synchros. my take on the solution: level modifying that works on your in deck-synchros. for those who wondering where the in archetype non-tuner? why lack of name based support like normal archetype does?, again ladies and gentleman it a SERIES (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Series) they meant to be splashed on stand of it own in deck building (admit that as i made them to support fairy and machine is borderline contrdict with the intention). [spoiler=Main Deck]Ein-Savien: Alpha CoderFIRE / Level: 1 / Machine / Tuner / Effect When this card is Normal Summoned or flipped face up: increase the Level of Synchro Monsters in your Extra Deck by 1 (max 12, even after they are Summoned). An Synchro Monster whose its current Level is Higher than its original Level and that was Summoned using this card as an Synchro Material gains this effect.● If it is Synchro Summoned: Add 1 Level 1 Machine or Fairy-Type Monster from your Deck or Graveyard to your hand ATK: 500 / DEF: 200 Ein-Savien: Beta CoderFIRE / Level: 1 / Machine / Tuner / Effect When this card is Normal Summoned or flipped face up: increase the Level of Synchro Monsters in your Extra Deck by 1(max 12, even after they are Summoned). An Synchro Monster whose its current Level is Higher than its original Level and that was Summoned using this card as an Synchro Material gains this effect.● If it is Synchro Summoned: it gain ATK and DEF equal to the difference between this card current Level and it Original Level x100, Also you can Normal Summon 1 Machine or Fairy-Type Monster whose ATK is equal or less than the gained amount in addition to your Normal Summon/Set. ATK: 500 / DEF: 200 Ein-Savien: Gamma CoderFIRE / Level: 1 / Machine / Tuner / Effect When this card is Normal Summonedor flipped face up : increase the Level of Synchro Monsters in your Extra Deck by 1 (max 12, even after they are Summoned). An Synchro Monster whose its current Level is Higher than its original Level and that was Summoned using this card as an Synchro Material gains this effect.● If it is Synchro Summoned: Draw 1 card and Reveal it; Synchro Monster whose its current Level is Higher than its original Level you currently control is become unaffected by effects of card with the same type as the revealed card (Monster,Spell,Trap) ATK: 500 / DEF: 200 [spoiler=Synchros]Ein-Savant, Temurahn ProteanFIRE / Level: 1 / Fairy / Synchro / Effect 1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner MonsterThis card Original ATK and DEF in equal to this card current Level when its Synchro Summoned x1000. If this card OR Synchro Monster whose its current Level is Higher than its original Level is Synchro Summoned: Banish 1 Spell/Trap card your opponent control, Set card Banished by this effect is Banished Face down (this is a Quick Effect). ATK: ? / DEF: ? Ein-Savant, Notarikoni ProteanFIRE / Level: 1 / Fairy / Synchro / Effect 1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner MonsterThis card Original ATK and DEF in equal to this card current Level when its Synchro Summoned x1000. If this card OR Synchro Monster whose its current Level is Higher than its original Level is Synchro Summoned: Monster your opponent control lose ATK equal to the difference between this card current Level and it Original Level x400, Also Negate the effect of Monster you opponent currently control whose DEF is equal or less than the loses amount. ATK: ? / DEF: ? Ein-Savant, Gematrian ProteanFIRE / Level: 1 / Fairy / Synchro / Effect 1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner MonsterThis card Original ATK and DEF in equal to this card current Level when its Synchro Summoned x1000. If this card OR Synchro Monster whose its current Level is Higher than its original Level is Synchro Summoned: Banish 1 Monster your opponent control, Set card Banished by this effect is Banished Face down (this is a Quick Effect). infinity234
First thing i see wrong with your card is that all the main deck monsters are tuners. You need to put some non tuners in your archetype so you can actually synchro summon. Also clarify on your tuners whether the level increase they give the synchro lasts even while they are on the field or for how long if theirs a turn limit to the increase. however this is only if you don't take my next advice. Finally, instead of making the smoking conditions 1 tuner + 1 tuner monster and having their levels raised while in the extra deck, give them Ultamaya like summoning conditions and have like the non tuners or tuners give them effects that go something like this: When a monster is synchro summoned using this card as a synchro material, you can have it gain this effect: When this card is summoned, increase its level by the combined levels of the monsters used to synchro summon it.This way you still get the effects of using your synchro in synchro summons to make bigger atk synchros (if that makes sense)

You need to put some non tuners in your archetype so you can actually synchro summon. technically i don't want to make it to an archetype. just a generic series that you can splash on any deck at will. thats why if you notice that they lack on name-based support and all the card is working generically without fully rely one-another. a bit same argument applied to why this series lack of non-tuner. as you fill the non-tuner requirement with any thing you put along side of these in deck building Also clarify on your tuners whether the level increase they give the synchro lasts even while they are on the field or for how long if theirs a turn limit to the increase. however this is only if you don't take my next advice.
