I see what you're going for, the OCG is off, but I'm not sure how to fix it. As for the effect there are some interesting applications for this card. Sub Terrors would love this, Shaddolls would be able to abuse this (sorta). Ghostricks would have this at 3 probably. Prediction Princess would enjoy this. Raccoons maybe but after that it loses usefulness.

It is a cute way to turn the tables for your opponent. Though, most of its value would come from being used in Decks with FLIP effect monsters or monsters that activate their effects upon being flipped.

Not necessarily. Subterrors first need to get on the field; a much larger concern for the archetype right now than activating their effects. And Shaddolls could side this, but they can't afford to give up too much space.

Spirits (not meta) would have a lot of fun with this. As for Subterrors I dont know much about them. I just know they're the most recent Flip Effect monsters that can actually use the effect.

Yeah; one thing is them having Flip effects. The other is them activating them in the first place. Most of them are high Level, and have very few cards that can help them be Summoned on the field. That's really something the archetype needs more than anything right now.

As for Spirits using this card? I think they'd prefer an additional Normal Summon over flipping to activate their effects.
