I'll try my best to fix this:
"If your opponent's monster inflicts Battle Damage to your Life Points, you can activate this card from your hand: place this card in your Field Card Zone. While this card remains in your Field Card Zone, your opponent's monsters lose ATK equal to half the damage inflicted. This card remains in your Field Card Zone until the End Phase after a number of turns equal to the Level of the monster that inflicted the damage have passed."
Hope this will help.

Go to your User Settings / Click on the Profile tab and there's a button marked "Manage Ignored Users". Hit it to put members on your ignore list (you can choose to ignore their posts/PMs or both)

Once per turn, if you control another "Elemental HERO" with a different name, you can reveal up to 3 "Elemental HERO" monsters in your hand to select an equal number of Spell/Trap Cards you opponent controls. Return the selected Set Spell/Trap cards your opponent controls to the hand. When this card destroys a monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard, banish the top card of your opponent's Deck.

A lot of mine came from just being plain nice on the forum (and/or random ones)
Although I know some of my more recent ones were from repbacks (just after the board got switched)

Anyway, in terms of negs, I got 2 on my profile, 1 from Bassa and 1 from someone else (although they were meant to be + reps) so technically I don't have any. (Although I think someone gave me another one for some unknown reason, but I can't be sure)
Although in the past, I had a few from some member named jeffgo for reporting his DBZ thread in Clubs + neutral repping him for that (all of his negs got removed)
