That's mostly because of the people there, of course. A lot more in General are more competent than those in CC.

However true that is, my point still stands in that C&O's rules aren't as discernible to set in stone and properly enforce as they are in CC.

There's a lot more reporting to be done in C&O, too.
Considering the complaint I just heard of some sections of CC not receiving enough attention, it could just show how a sole moderator is not enough. That Opal can take C&O while Icy preferred having Kokonoe or Alfred searching for another moderator should hint that there's a higher degree of difficulty in CC. Is the Advanced Format applied to all sections of CC?

YCM Legends Series. Was a yugioh tournament in TCG. We had one in January if I can recall correctly.
