Simdoggy

Well, I've been on here for over 2 years now, and I thought I may as well write a bit about myself. When I first got here, it was basically the same was as everyone else, through the card maker and a couple of sets of terrible custom cards. From there, I found my way into the forum proper, after hanging around in the custom card section for a while, I found my way into the Creative Writing and Roleplaying sections. Since then, I've had a tendency to lurk around in Out of Character Planning until I find one that will interest me, at which time I will join that RP if I can get in, and join in the fun.

Recently I've also found the games section and have been semi-active there, playing around in there occasionally. I also found the Clubs and Organisations section, which hasn't exactly been a great section for me, mostly because I forget to check there or don't feel like I have anything to contribute to it. Mostly though, I still hang around the Roleplaying Section, and occasionally check in Creative Writing to see if there's any stories that interest me.

I haven't exactly been that much of a social person on the site either, and due to that the only friends I've really made have come from the Roleplaying section. If you want to talk to me and get to know me, you can contact me via PM, or on Skype, though if you want to find me on Skype, although I've left my Skype on the bottom of my page, probably tell me that you are trying to add me on Skype, or I'll likely just decline if I don't realise who you are. I'm also in Australia, so if you are trying to get me on Skype, I'm only going to be on late afternoons during the week (my afternoon, so AEST or GMT +10:00).

I play card games (Really, who on this site doesn't?) mostly Yugioh and Cardfight Vanguard, though also a bit of Magic: The Gathering on the Steam Games. I'm also a rather large fan of Anime and Manga, and always have a list of Anime that I'm watching my way through slowly, so if you have a recommendation for a good one to watch/read, just send me a PM to tell me what it is, and I'll probably either add it to the list to watch, if I haven't already seen it. I'm currently a first year university student doing a Mathematics Degree (and no I'm not crazy, I just like Maths), and working part time in a casual job that usually takes up a small portion of my time over the weekend.

I have a couple of people on this site that I have quite a lot of respect for, though most of them probably won't know it, and one of them has left the site now anyway. So, here's a bit about them, before I end my ranting on this page that probably nobody will read anyway:

False Skel Bahamut Dragon - Whether you know him as Bahamut, or as Matt, he is truly an amazing writer, and the main reason I kept coming back to Creative Writing over the years. He's left the site now, but he's left behind an amazing legacy, not one but two finished stories in the Creative Writing Section. If you've ever got plenty of spare time and are looking for a great read, Yugioh Armageddon and Yugioh 24 both by him are great stories. You will truly be missed Matt, and I hope that one day you will come back to this site.

Merciful Idiot (Currently Kirei Kotomine) - He's been around the site for ages, from what I've read on this site, and from what I've seen, he is an amazing RPer around this site, and one that I've had the privilege to RP with in several RPs in the past. He also hosted the amazing RP Legend Blood that he managed to drag through all our slow posting and laziness and managed to finish. I'm quite proud that I was part of that, and from that, as well as his new sequel, Legend Moon, I have so much respect for this guy.

Beginning446 (Currently BailasGale) -This guy is another amazing RPer that I've got to give a shout out to. No matter what gets thrown at him in the RPs I've seen him in, he and his characters have always managed to get over it, usually laughing and taunting those responsible for all the bad stuff that goes his way (in RP and occasionally in the OOC too). Even while his characters are generally hated by everyone (including me at times), he really is just an amazing Rper that deserves a mention.
